All Seasons -kokoelma 30A tarjoaa mielellään tämän tyyppisen eurooppalaistyylisen asunnon osana ainutlaatuista lomakodekokoelmaa, joka sijaitsee yksinomaan Rosemary Beachin kaupungissa.
Hienostunut viehätys ja tyylikäs sisustus käsittävät sisääntulosi. Aloita päiväsi rentoutumisesta yhdessä kahdesta kauniisti hoidetusta pihasta, kuunnellessaan rauhallista vedenvirtausta suihkulähteen läpi ja nauttia suosikkiaamujuomaasi, tai käydä lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja nauttia varhain aamulla auringonnousua.
Tässä kodissa on niin monia hienoja ominaisuuksia, että siihen kuuluu Epikurin keittiö, joka on täydellinen valinta suosikki gourmet-ateriaasi. Voit ruokailla Al fresco -tyylisellä pihalla tai sisäpihalla ..
Suurempi perhealue on loistava paikka nauttia erityisestä ystävä- ja perhe-ajasta, kun on näköala puiden reunustamalle rantatielle tai ulkona pihalle, jolla on upea vesiominaisuus. Kaunis mahonki-tyylinen portaikko johtaa toiseen kerrokseen, jossa sijaitsevat kolme ensuite-makuuhuonetta, yksi kuningas erillisessä siivessä ja kaksi kuningatara. Toisessa kerroksessa on myös suurempi toimistotila ja lisäksi TV- ja pesula-alue.

Beautiful home with convenient location

We stayed for annual family get together with seven adults. The home is beautiful and charming and very convenient location with short walk to beach, pools and town with shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the private patio as well. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was walking friendly to barrett square, beach, restaurants & shopping. We enjoyed using the bikes that was provided for our use.The home was clean & provided everything we needed.Communication to owner & the chk in was very easy.Highly recommend staying here!

Great overall. Think when we booked listed as 2 king beds and 2 queen. Only found one king. Overall beautiful place and would certainly come again!

Our stay at Wiggle Lane surpassed our expectations! We were so delighted at the accommodations - just perfect for our family of 9 - we parked our cars for the week and walked or biked ! Thank you soooo much! Hope to return next year!

Amazing house but…..

This house is amazing and was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Great location, beautiful, spacious…. Met all our expectations! That being said, I had multiple problems booking this property. From management not getting my credit card to work—it was a Chase acct!— to not getting the entry code until 1 1/2 hours AFTER I landed in Florida. (and mgmt not knowing who I was when I contacted them!) It was extremely frustrating. Once we arrived and got into the house everything was perfect. It just caused unnecessary frustration before the trip even began.

Great House!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is super clean. It has a well stocked kitchen (maybe add a cocktail shaker :)), comfy furniture, amazing beds and lovely touches. The space is well laid out. Plenty of space to be together, but also plenty of space to find a little time away. The location is pretty much perfect. It's a few minute walk to walkover H (literally a straight path down the boardwalk), around the corner from town and just a couple of blocks from the cabana pool. We loved the outdoor space. AC works well. We had a couple of TINY issues, and Cheryl responded promptly and got it fixed. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family Big Birthday Celebration Summer

The house is beautiful and is in a great location so close to the beaches and the farmer's market on Sunday. The kicthen had all of the appliances and amenities. We enjoyed our daily happy hour in the courtyard with the soothing sounds of the fountain. We will definitley be back!

A beautiful retreat!

My husband and I hosted our two adult children, their spouses and two young grandchildren at this property last week. It’s a beautiful rental and is right around the corner from fun shops and food. We especially loved the kitchen with its huge island and view to the outdoor courtyard and fountain. Cheryl was very helpful with her suggestions of a caterer and photographer. We loved both! She also responded quickly and kindly to our need of help at the house with non-emergency repairs and gave us a gift card as a thank you for our patience. Can’t ask for a better response! We do think it’s time for a guest bedroom upgrade of a new mattress in one room and a new bed frame that doesn’t creak at the slightest turn in the other. The carriage house is cozy and almost feels like you are in a treehouse. It would be nice to have bedside lamps to help with lighting, but there is a beautiful chandelier overhead. An added touch of privacy would be to add a door shade but it is lovely to have so much natural light coming into the carriage house. Loved the small kitchen and wonderful bathroom. One of the community pools is right around the corner and the beach is a short walk away. This house was perfect for our family and we highly recommend it.

Great Stay but simple maintenance needed

Overall it was an absolutely beautiful home, and we had a wonderful trip. We checked in to the ice maker leaking all over the floor..thankful we caught it! It was really no big deal but The property manager came right out to address it and brought us ice throughout our stay..also offered us a gift card for the inconvenience. We did not expect that and were very thankful for the great customer service. Interior was spacious and clean. Very pretty and of course a great location (everywhere in Rosemary is :)) Some improvements could be made on seasonal maintenance though. The outdoor patio dining area was in desperate need of power washing, very mildewey, lots of bugs by the grill. Grill ignition didn’t work but easily started it with a lighter. Upstairs decks were the same, needed power washing. The white furniture throughout the house was very stained and needed to be steamed. Overall we had a great vacation and would probably rent here again!

Perfect location

This was our first visit to 30A and Rosemary Beach and we will definitely be back! The house is beautiful and functioned perfectly for our family. We loved the walkability to the beach, shops, and restaurants. There is a wagon and beach chairs in the garage that came in very handy for beach days! Can’t wait to visit again!

Great week!

The property was gorgeous and in a great location. Close to restaurants and shops plus the beach. High end appliances such as Ice maker and washing machine needed new parts which was understandable. Overall, a fantastic, beautiful house with all the amenities.

Wonderful home in perfect location

This home is ideally situated between the shops, restaurants, pools and beach. It is less than a 5 min walk from all of these locations. We have stayed closer to the beach (south of 30A) before but actually prefer this location due to its proximity to Barrett Square and the shops just to the west. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed promptly by the excellent management team -- Cheryl is incredibly quick to respond and was more than accommodating!

Beautiful house with well stocked kitchen

The house was perfect for our family. I especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen, because we love to cook. The ice maker cabinet was handy and nice, because we never ran out of ice. The outdoor grill was fantastic. Only issue we had was the washer/dryer units. The dryer door would not stay closed during a cycle and had masking tape strips to try to keep it from popping open & stopping the cycle. It took forever to dry a load of clothes
