Ground floor oceanfront! 2024 Under new Management!

Beautiful condo that offers the best ocean view right from the comfort of the living room! Enjoy your private patio area, as you watch the gorgeous sunsets, just steps from the white sandy beach. You will not want to leave once you experience the Shores of Panama extra large 5 star pool area. The lagoon type pool covers a large part of the area along with a gulf side hot tub, two walk up bar areas with food and drinks. This pool area is not just concrete and a pool, we are talking about tropical landscaping with fountains, bridges and space galore.

This beautifully decorated condo has a dedicated parking space. It accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. Master bedroom has King bed, Living room Sleeper sofa and 1 twin bed with twin trundle.

Shores of Panama is centrally located on the east end of PCB. You are within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping areas, bars and the one of the best donut shops in town. Walmart is also within walking distance. One of the most famous restaurants in PCB, Pineapple Willy's is next door with gulf side seating on a deck that stretches over the sand almost to the water's edge. You are 10 minutes from all of the marinas in PCB for all of the fishing and boating fun.

Anniversary Trip

Very nice pool. Love the convenience of bar and food by the pool. Loved the live music Friday and Saturday night. Only complaint is extremely tight parking. Stayed here in the past and my daughter knocked off the side mirror.

This condo is in a huge complex, but where it is located doesn’t feel like it. Directly overlooks the beach and very little foot traffic.

PCB vacation

Accommodations were fantastic. Open living space allowed for our family to enjoy one another. The floors were easy to sweep up. It got a bit crazy on the beach after 2 as the college, high school, and public access amped up. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!!

Very nice condo, good location, good parking

All in all 5 ⭐️. Clean, nicely decorated, beds were comfy. Everything we needed was provided. Bring extra toilet paper if u stay more than a week, though. Thanks for sharing this place with us, so we could enjoy the beautiful beach of PCB

This room was on the first floor and had easy access to the pool, beach, and restaurant next door. We loved it so much. The room was clean and nice! We were in my sons senior trip. It was pretty busy with a bunch of teenagers, but I would love to go back at a different time

Beautiful condo right on the beach

I absolutely loved this condo. It was located literally on the beach. Every morning I sat on the patio with my coffee and watched the waves. Every afternoon I sat on the patio and watched the waves. The condo was clean and spacious. I recommend!

Just steps away from the beach

One of the best places I've stayed in PCB. Easy walk from the reserved parking spot to the room. And just steps from the sand and water. No stairs or elevators. I loved being so close to Pineapple Willys. No noise issues at all. The water pressure was amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay except the parking! Next time we will just park in an open space our space next to us was an oversized space and they always parked over the line😡 other than that we had a blessed week . The condo wS awesome being on the ground floor was awesome and easy access to everything. Will be back for sure!!

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time staying at the property as the room is a great location on the 1st floor. The big issue we ran into for the week was parking . The parking spot is very convenient (location), but we had to take our car back to the airport to get a much smaller vehicle that could park in the spot. This is because there was a huge truck - parked over their parking line the entire stay. Parking spot to the left of the rooms spot is marked for oversized vehicles.

Beautiful Condo but busy resort

Beautiful condo, nicely decorated, convenient 1st floor oceanfront patio with reserved parking spot. The downside is the parking spots are very tight and unless you have a compact vehicle its likely you won't fit into the spot. Resort is large with tons of people. Pool is packed & beach is packed. If you are looking to party this is the location. If you are looking for a quiet lowkey vacation find a different condo. Condo & resort both need a different company to do their cleaning. The condo really needed a thorough clean job as we had to do our own cleaning upon checking in. Check in & check out process is simple & easy!

The house is well equipped. It has a pleasant and quite private garden with nice tables and chairs. It is set in a small cul de sac of similar properties so there isn't any through traffic and is quite tranquil. It is a very short stroll to the water's edge. We only used the ground floor which had everything we needed. We didn't attempt the metal spiral staircase to the upper floors which is probably not very practical for young children or anyone with mobility issues. There are a couple of negatives which could be easily addressed: there was only one garden recliner if you wanted to sunbathe and it was quite dirty. Secondly, although clean, the house could do with a refresh, e.g. a lick of paint and repair the door under the outside stairs, where the wood has rotted there are holes. However, we had a very pleasant holiday and the area around the Gulfe du Morbihan is beautiful with lots to see and do. This house is well positioned for easy access to all the area has to offer.

Ground floor is the way to go!

This property was exactly as described. It was very clean, however there was trash and bottles and cans left on the balcony, and due to the pandemic, we left them there. The only thing I would have liked was some sort of way to catch the sand from our feet when entering the condo from the balcony. We put down a towel and tried to wipe our feet each time and even looked for a broom to sweep up sand that we brought in, but couldn’t find one. A couple minor maintenance items, like a burned out light bulb in the shower and we could not adjust the speed of the ceiling fans to high. But kudos to management company and their communication! As a property manager myself, I was super impressed with them! The resort itself is very nice, but definitely not able to handle the sheer volume of check-ins. It served the purpose of our short visit to see family, who were also staying in PCB but we will probably not stay at this location again.

We got there and someone from the cleaning crew was in our parking spot, the resort did the best they could to help us, however my husband had to drive around for thirty minutes. The condo was filthy, about twenty beach floats and toys left on the deck and they were dirty and covered in sand. The kitchen was gross, leftover food on sink and counter tops and the smell of bad food was in the air. When we would walk barefoot on the floor, they were gritty and sticky. The property management did send in a lady to clean up the deck and wipe down kitchen, and then she left me the cleaning stuff so I could do the rest. She also noticed the smell of spoiled food. We have stayed before and we loved it, but we were truly disappointed in the cleanliness this time. However, I do understand it’s an extremely busy time for all folks involved in maintaining this property , we were just disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing, the proximity to the beach and pool cannot be beat and the unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. With COVID we were looking for a unit that did not require us to enter shared, hallways or elevators and this unit was perfect. You can get from the unit to the reserved parking spot without going inside but can also stay covered if it is raining (hopefully there is no rain on your trip). I was also hesitant about being on the ground floor and people walking by the unit but the area in front of the unit is gated so only people staying in the three ocean front units on the ground floor should be walking by. There will be the occasional person who will walk by hoping they can get around the building but the path ends then they typically continue on through the garden area and then would have to jump a fence to get back into the resort. It was fun to watch those people commit to their mistake and continue into no mans land vs. just turn around. Stay here and you will know what I mean.
