Hämmästyttävä! Tämä kaunis ja kristallipuhdas 3 makuuhuoneen, 2 ja 1/2-kylpyhuoneisto Panama City Beachin suosituimmalla rannalla sijaitsevalla Panama Resort -sivustolla on mitä olet etsinyt rannalomallesi! Ainutlaatuisia piirteitä ovat kaksinkertainen parveke, jossa liukulasiovi ulos makuuhuoneesta. Herää tuijottaen sisään liikkuvia aaltoja. Huoneistosta on näköala rannan parhaalle uima-altaalle ja tietysti Meksikonlahden smaragdsinisille vesille. Huoneisto mahtuu 8-vuotias perheesi on kaikki mitä tarvitset nauttiaksesi rantalomasta! Päälliköllä on king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Vierashuoneessa on myös oma kylpyhuone ja queen-size-vuode. Kerrossängyssä on pyramidi kerrossänky, jossa on pohjassa täysi ja kaksoset päällä. Olohuoneessa on myös vedettävä vuodesohva.

Huoneisto sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla hyödyntääkseen päivittäistavarakauppaa tai noutoa Walmartin kadun toisella puolella tai kävelymatkan päässä hämmästyttävästä ananas Willy'sta. Lomakeskuksen mukavuuksiin kuuluu moderni kuntosali, uima-allas ja poreallas, 2 tiki-mökkiä ruokailun kanssa ja yksityinen pääsy rannalle! Älä unohda tarkistaa erittäin lähellä olevia ravintoloita ja viihdettä, ja suunnitella vierailu tai kaksi maailmankuuluun Pier Park -puistoon! Varaa meille tänään ja tule muistamaan!

It was great! The working staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was that the living room needs curtains! That hot sun was bright and warm! We hung blankets to keep it cooler in there. Thanks for a great week!!

Family travel Baseball/vacation

Unit was clean property wasn’t maintained well, for ex. Pillows were damaged stuffing coming out toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. Everything worked properly. It was VERY small for the price and what’s portrayed in the photos. Not enough seating for everyone to gather to eat a meal. I understand that units have to be cleaned for the next arrival, as we were anxious to check in as well but cleaning crew was knocking to clean 40 min prior to check out time. Given the situation with the elevators getting in and out took an extended amount of time. Then the crew stood blocking the door making it very difficult.

Great place to stay.

We loved the stay it was amazing. The room could have been cleaned better. Our feet was black the first hour of walking around the floor. We had two problems and the property manager was amazing with getting it fixed. The elevators took awhile but that’s expected when coming to a big city.

Very disappointed

The property was so dirty. It had not been cleaned at all. I had to go to the store and buy a mop and cleaning supplies to clean. The furniture was stained and nasty. We put sheets down on the furniture before sitting on it. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty and there was no dishwashing liquid. The owner offered to have the cleaning lady come back but we were already there and cleaning. The pictures on the internet look nothing like the condo. They must have been taken when it was new. Even the clock on the wall had no hands on it. I’m not a picky person at all but I can not handle nasty and it was. It needs lots of updates and a major cleaning. We also found pills under the bed. I was very embarrassed that my kids friends had to stay here. We even went and bought towels

Room was clean, pool was big. Only issue is elevator wait time however that is not something that the host can take care of. Good restaurants around. 2nd time here and will be back if I have another trip to Panama again.

Dirty

The floors were disgusting, they turned my white socks black. Its clear they do not ever mop the place. We found broken glass in one of the beds, food under the beds and various places in the room. There were dirty dishes in the drawers and the "maid" came in to see our complaints and let us know he had just "cleaned" the place top to bottom while clearly looking at the popcorn left in the kids room and dirty dishes. When we stripped the mattresses we found dried vomit on the top bunk bed, which is beyond a cleanliness issue because at this point my children are now at risk of getting sick. As of now, the property manager is ignoring these concerns because obviously the money is more important to them than providing a clean, safe environment for my family to stay during the only vacation we can afford during the year.

Incredible views

This was a good condominium close to Panama City Beach. This was a unit on the 22nd floor, with a big balcony with 2 sets of sliding doors to get to the balcony. Absolutely incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico & sunsets that are breathtaking. No dining room table, but the countertop houses 5 people comfortable & more can fit there to eat too. Kenny is very, very responsive & quiet to resolve anything that comes up.

A few issues but resolved immediately

Had an issue with one of the toilets, but the man we rented it from was quick to help us. There is no pantry, which maybe i missed on the pictures. Was a little inconvenient, but didnt cause a problem with the trip. Great place as always. Love shores of panama!

Condo and view was awesome!! Shopping and dining all close by. Check In was crazy but there were several people checking in so that was no ones fault. All the staff was very friendly to us. Absolutely no issues with the condo .. Propery owner was always readily available for any questions. Thanks so much!!

Great View, not the best resort

We were on one of the higher floors, so the view was great. Getting on/off the elevators was horrible. Half of them didn’t work..& the others were so crammed pack with people that the wait to go up/down was something 15-30 mins. The owner was very easy to communicate with. He was very swift at answering messages. The check in process was smooth. However, the condo itself was not clean. All the linens and bed sheets smelled of mildew. The kids beds had a bunch of sand in them, as if the bedding hadn’t been washed from the previous renters. There were mix matched clothing articles located in odd areas, around the beds & couch. The floors didn’t look as if they had been swept or mopped recently. All the baseboards and walls were all covered in dirty handprints and black, dirt covered water debris. The stove top had about an inch of grease build up. All the kitchen cabinets, along with fridge/freezer were covered in dirty hand prints. The balcony windows appeared as if they were ONLY cleaned within arms reach, therefore you could see smear marks about 3/4th of the way up…& the top was super cloudy and dirty. The inside of the washing machine had black mold. NONE of the remotes had batteries in them. We enjoyed our trip, after having to clean the condo the entire 1st day. However, we will not be visiting this resort again

Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience on this stay. The area is perfect walking distance for many activities. The room was clean and had plenty of space for us all. 6 adults on a friendcation. The elevator does take forever since we were so high up but we were warned about that in the reviews and expected it. The only negative thing I’d have to say is the room my boyfriend and I ended up with was the small bunk bed room and the bottom bed was broken and leaned to one side and was terrible to try to sleep in. But besides that I have zero complaints. The owner did a great job in getting back to me in a timely manner as well.

Oceanfront view was awesome. I love our room on the 22nd floor. Pool was relaxing. Everything was nearby (walking distance). I love the vibe. I would highly recommend this condo to friends or family. Most definitely enjoyed myself for my toddler 3rd birthday trip.

Good Stay

Overall the stay was good. Not my favorite resort for spring break as the crowds during this time were a bit much for us and elevators were a nightmare, but we knew that was an issue going into it. Parking code didn't work, but was quickly resolved. Only things I would mention is the lights in front queen room, are so dim you cannot even see, the bottom bunk bed was like sleeping on springs and caved to the middle. There is a table in the living room with a glass top that isn't locked down to the table so is easy to bump and possibly knock over so we wrapped it in a blanket and put it under the couch for safety reasons. Half the outlets in the kitchen and on balcony do not work. These were not deal breakers for us but worth mentioning so hopefully can be fixed/addressed for future renters. Kenny was extremely prompt when I text about things that were needed, would definitely rent from him again tho.

Great Condo

Property was as described. The views were stunning! The condo was beautiful and more than we could have asked for. Great location! Communication with property manager was great.

Great Location!

Loved the location of the property. Can’t beat being right on the beach! The specific unit was decently clean, but I think the condo as a whole is a little ran down. A lot of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work, the tub in the master wouldn’t really drain, and the lights were dim/didn’t work. However, this unit is really close to an elevator and the trash shoot, the dryer works fast, and the AC works well! Considering we really spend most of our time sitting in the unit, I think it worked out perfectly for us.

IfooGreat location but needs a good scrubbing

This is a great location for the beach and a great pool all in one place IN THE OFF SEASON FOR A YOUNG FAMILY. Our kids loved the beach, pool, bunk beds and balcony and everything was centrally located for trips back and forth to the room. There were also great restaurants in walking distance for us. But, the condo itself was not the cleanest. Mold and buildup in the bathrooms, dingy towels and bed covers, and the couch and furniture were covered in spills and such making it a little questionable to sit on.
