Tervetuloa huvilaan Seacrest 401C

Oletko koskaan unelmoinut lomasta italialaisessa huvilassa? Tee sitten valitsemasi “Ensimmäinen paikka huviloissa”. Tämä ylellinen kolmannen kerroksen osakehuoneisto sijaitsee kauniin 19 meripeninkulman rantatien varrella (# 30-A), joka on esitelty Coastal Living- ja Southern Living -lehtien 2003 numeroissa. Katso huvilan etupuolelta lahden vedet. Katsele takaparvekkeelta kaunista 12 000 neliöjalkaa uima-allasta, joka sisältää vesiputouksia, suihkulähteitä ja rehevän, trooppisen maiseman. Kolmen makuuhuoneen kolmen kylpyhuvilamme on täydellinen suuri juhla, koska kaikki huoneet ja olohuone ovat melko suuria. Löydät parvekkeelta näkymät laguunialtaalle upea ja rentouttava. Valitsimme huvilat Seacrestistä, koska se on hyvin hoidettu rakennus, josta on upeat näkymät ja loistava sijainti todella mukavilla mukavuuksilla. Katsomme, että olet samaa mieltä siitä, että Seacrest Beach -lomavuokraamo voi olla rannasi kotisi poissa kotoa, jossa sinä ja perheesi nautit todella ikimuistoisesta rantalomasta. Ehkä haluat mieluummin ottaa viiden minuutin ajomatkan päässä varatulta pysäköintitilaltasi ja ruokailla yhdessä viiden tähden ravintoloista tai pelata golfia Tom Fazion suunnitellulla “Camp Creek” -kurssilla tai tehdä ostoksia yhdessä monista viehättävistä putiikkeista. Everything was top notch. An amazing condo that has been beautifully decorated. The management team does a wonderful job maintaining it and are truly caring. Fantastic location and condo in the 30A.We relaxed, celebrated birthdays, did some beach time, and enjoyed some amazing food. The condo was perfect! Great size and amazing location overlooking the pool and only minutes walk to the great beaches! Maintenance was amazing and responsive to the few issues ( elevator not working and an inop coffee maker); one call and it was all fixed in less than an hour. Condo was clean and has everything we needed for a great stay. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for the great vacation!

Dirty, Aged Property and Lacking Amenities

Very very limited kitchen materials, old appliances, dishwasher barely works, and not very clean. They had no pots and pans, broken kitchen utensils, toaster was awful and hard to use, super cheap on trash bags, soap, no laundry soap, broken beach umbrellas, etc. Worst of all was our 2 year found a PILL ON THE LIVINGROOM FLOOR, and he almost ate it! Yuck. We have stayed in this neighborhood many times, and there are tons of better options. We will not be back.

Beautiful clean and the location is great !!!

The condo is beautiful with a great location ! Property manager is easy to access and helped us out. Beach is very close and minutes to walk to. Town with restaurants and shopping all very close. Great location on 30a. Property grounds were outstanding . Def recommend!

Great spot for a girls trip!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, spacious and beautiful. We loved the pools and the location was perfect to get around.

The condo is in a great location. It is beautiful... We did enjoy the condo as well as the pool. No drinks allowed within 4 feet of pool per security walking around. We had issues with ceiling fans to each room being on same remote ( so if you turn a fan off in one room it turns another room off), master bedroom extremely hot, ceiling fan remote doesn't work, could not have fan on without light, no blankets except a thin one with sheets on beds, no extra blankets, washier stopped working with a load of towels in it- so we couldn't wash at all. Def needs some maintaining done as well as better communication with maintenance at times- like after hours. We were a group of moms and made the most of our trip and birthday celebration, but it was a let down at times with the issues.

Beautiful home

Although this wasn’t our 1st choice property (1st choice flooded a few days before arrival) this beautiful home was a great 2nd choice for us. The furniture, appliances, bedding, and towels all seemed new and fresh. The balconies off the large bedrooms was a very nice Plus. The positives for sure were comfortable beds, walkable community and spacious pool with food and drink. The negatives for the home were just this one. There were too many remotes to navigate the main tv. With 4 tech savvy adults who read all of the provided directions, we still had trouble making it work. Besides that ONE negative the house was perfect. We did want to mention some other issues not related to the house but related to our stay. The beach access was way too small for the size of the community that had access to it. The one day we went we could not find a spot to sit. It was elbow to elbow out there. This is one big turn off that will make me look elsewhere next time even though the house and community were beautiful. The security guard was a real jerk too when we were trying to pass through.

perfect for family!

Our family of 5 (kids ages 4, 8 & 9) stayed for a few days in mid May. Upon arrival we were able to find our parking spots without any problem. Security came right away to issue our passes and give us a quick rundown of the area & pointed things out on the map for us. Entering property was easy—electronic door code worked without any problem. We LOVED the pool (the pool bar/cafe was a surprisingly great amenity to have!) Kids loved the bunk bed room with their own TV. Access to beach tram was steps away—had no problem getting the tram. We were in walking distance to great shopping & restaurants—head one direction to Rosemary & walk the other direction to Alys. Booked tennis lessons and drills a week in advance at Rosemary Racquet Club and could easily walk there! Only negative part of the rental experience was not hearing back from management when I had emailed them prior to trip asking about what, if any, beach/pool toys were provided. There were no beach items at the property for guests to use (beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc-) —-renting beach chairs was pretty pricey so we drove to the Target in Pier Park (about 15 minutes away in Panama City) to buy some beach gear. On our last night we discovered a few DVD’s that were stored and a deck of playing cards—would suggest owners consider a few family board/card games —monopoly? Scrabble? Yahtzee ? Uno?) Might make for fun downtime activity. A few minor observations to bring to owner/managements attention: toilet handle in one of the bathrooms fell off (we called management and reported it—didn’t hear back but it wasn’t a true emergency since we were able to reattach and flush) Also I noticed the dryer vent screen had a small rip and should probably be replaced so that lint doesn’t end up all over the clothes. Overall, very pleased with this rental and would absolutely love to book it again. Thank you!
