Great stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was just like the pictures that was shown. We definitely loved watching the sun set on the balcony!

Beautiful view, small space

The view was fantastic, the furniture seemed pretty new, comfortable sofa and bed. It is tiny, two people definitely aren't cooking together in the kitchen, but it was exactly what we booked and we had a great time. Elevator was fast. It's noted in the listing but I know can sometimes be overlooked that there is no laundry in this condo. It's shared (paid) laundry on the ground floor. Bathroom fan needs to be replaced asap (in my opinion before another guest stays).

Emerald beach view

I enjoyed my stay although the weather was not the best. The room and condo complex is under construction so it was kinda noisy at times. My bathtub faucet would not stop dripping but with the two bathroom doors shut and the bedroom slider open all night and the extra blanket from the closet I was able to hear the waves of the ocean and drown out the constant drip noise. One other major complaint was the two sliders were very difficult to open. You had to muscle them open and shut. Also the a few of the windows are marred by what looks like a permanent fog type discoloration. I knew booking this room of the construction and such so my rate I suppose reflected all this and was for the most part fair. Bed was comfortable and showers were always hot. Good wifi too.

Could be clearner

I think the shag carpet should be replaced it smells and is stained .Also I awoke late night turned light on in kitchen and roaches were everywhere. I left immediately and bought roach spray at a 24 hour pharmacy. Also the bathtub faucet leaks continuously. The condo is in great location it is cute but needs updating and bugsprayer. Dont understand bug problem no food for them. ..must be Condo issue

Anniversary Trip

We had a easy checkin. The place was awesome the view was Amazing. We were close to Beach and all kinds of places. We had easy access to Pinneapple Willy that was very nice. We had the best view possible just looking at ocean from every room .....we will be back for sure

Nice vacation

We enjoy the Sunbird. 4th time to stay there. Checkin easy. Convenient location. Only dislike is laundry facility instead of in the units.

Excellent view and very nice room!!

Absolutely loved the location of the condo and our view was amazing! Room was clean and fully furnished, and ready for us on time for check in. Would definitely recommend it to anyone, couple or a family. We will be staying here again next time!

Beautiful beach vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunbird Resorts. We stayed in unit 408 E. It was perfect for us. It had one very spacious bedroom with plenty of storage. It's an older condo but you could tell that they had recently undated everything. It had the most perfect views of the ocean which lets face it that's why we are here. The staff was nice. But our realtor Robin from Vacasa couldn't have been more helpful. She even left us a small welcome gift. We hope to return here in the future maybe with our grandkids.

Freaking awesome!

There was welcome bag with snacks, coffee, water and a personalized handwritten thank you note waiting for us in our room. The water temp and pressure in the shower was perfect. The kids pull out bed was comfy and didn't have that annoying bar you end up lying on like some pull outs have. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom. Robin was there for us every step of the way and even when we checked in after hours. She is amazing! We really enjoyed ourselves

We'll be back.

This is the second condo we have stayed in at Sunbird. The condo we stayed in this year had some much needed updates. We love the location and the close proximity to the beach. The only thing we had issue with was not being to get the condo cool enough.

Amazing view of the beach

This unit was older but it is a solid/sound proof unit. We spent alot of time on the balcony wish was awesome! The beach was fantastic! Wish it had free wifi in the room-had to go to office area to get it. Overall was a nice unit for the price! Convenient to shops etc. The staff was very helpful! We enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely breathtaking.

My husband and I stayed at this unit for 10 days, celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary during this stay. We enjoyed every minute, condo was just right for us, views from balcony were breathtaking, assess to beach perfect, liked that it was gated. We will be back!

Clean and convenient

The condo was clean, and convenient, but bed was not comfortable and the closets were off their tracks. Overall, a good rental for the money! Nothing that couldn't be overlooked. The price matched the quality. We were pleased with our stay! The pool was clean, just cold for October. The beach was awesome with good access!

Wonderful experience!

My fiance and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice and at a ridiculously convenient location. Gated community and easy beach access. Two pools, beautiful balcony view, etc. It was the whole package. Most likely will be staying here again in the future!

Older Condo but beautiful views and close to beach

Condo was a bit out of date but it was clean and had beautiful views. Easy to get to the beach and was not overly crowded.

Older building but affordable and right on the beach with private beach access.

Great location in PCB;Close to everything. Large, private balcony ON the beach with FULL gulf view can't be beat, and this is the main reason we returned to the same room we stayed at two years ago. The rate is great too for people on a budget but who want more than a hotel room. Private beach is great and the three pools are relaxing and not crowded. Condo itself was good, not exceptional and no recent updates, but we were mainly inside for meals and sleep, so it works for our family of four. Our two tween daughters slept on the sofa bed which is cheaper than renting a unit with two bedrooms. Not perfect but functional and affordable and best of all right on the beach! Internet service is spotty. Not perfect but a great second stay for us!

Nice girl's weekend on the beach!

My daughter and I stayed here for the weekend, and it was lovely. Being right on the beach was the best part and the complex was safe and quiet. Even though it was the beginning of the Spring Break season, we didn't really feel much impact from noise or stupid people.
