Palms tarjoaa henkeäsalpaavat merinäkymät ja vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta! Sijaitsee vain yhden talon takana rannalta, vain 20 askeleen ja varpaasi ovat Meksikonlahden valkoisen sokerin hiekan. Yksityinen ranta pääsy ilman portaita!


Tämä koti on täysin remontoitu sisälle ja ulos. Sisältää kaikki uudet huonekalut, lattiat, uudet HD-älykkäät televisiot, vuodevaatteet / liinavaatteet ja sisustus.

On paljon viihdyttävää tilaa. Tämän kodin ylimmässä kerroksessa on avoin konsepti keittiö, olohuone ja ruokailuhuone. Ruokailutila sisältää istuimet kahdeksalle (8) ja aamiaisbaarille, joka istuu viisi (5). Rentoudu kannella perheen ja ystävien kanssa ja katsele delfiinejä, valtamerihattuja ja upeita auringonlaskuja. Pidä hauskaa rec-alueella, jossa on pingispöytä, suuret 65-tuumainen televisio ja lautapelejä. Tai suihkuttaa yhteisön allas aivan toisella puolella.

Jokaisessa huoneistossa on oma kylpyhuone, Palms nukkuu 10-12 ihmistä, joissa on kolme kuningasmestari sviittiä ja bunkroom. Kävele makuuhuoneessa täyspitkän yläkerran ja nauti aamukahvista tai illalla lasillista viiniä. Isossa kylpyhuoneessa on kaksoisallas, erillinen suihku ja poreallas. Bunkroomissa on täysikokoiset vuoteet ja täysikokoinen vuodesohva. Jos vauva tulee mukana, tämä koti on varustettu pakkauksella ja leikkiä ja syöttötuoli.

Voit nauttia kätevästä sijainnista Inlet Beach ilman tungosta rantoja. Lähellä sijaitsevat ravintolat, kaupat, pyöräily, kalastus, melonta lennolle. Tämä talo on vain muutaman minuutin päässä Rosemary Beachiltä ja Camp Helen State Parkilta ja 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Pier Park -ostoskeskuksesta ja viihdekeskuksesta.

We had the most amazing time at this beach house and Inlet beach! Location is perfect, the beach is beautiful and private. Not many people were on the beach in the area we sat at. The house was gorgeous and spotless which was very nice. This house is perfect for a family trip if you’re looking for something spacious and near the water! Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Great location. Loved the short walk to the beach. Great pool. Downstairs bedrooms were a bit small. Ice maker and refrigerator shelf was broken but Drew delivered ice so that helped a lot! Great communication about any issues. Overall, loved our stay.

Amazing property

We had the best vacation at this beautiful home with lovely views of the ocean. The home was gorgeous on the inside with plenty of space. The pool was awesome with so much seating and space. We enjoyed grilling out by the pool, playing corn hole and pingpong. The beach is an easy and short path from the house. Very private. We loved it and will be back. Our favorite beach place!

10/10 Can’t Say Enough Good Things About This Stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was exactly as described — actually, it exceeded all expectations. From the pink lights glowing in the pool at night (perfect for our mommy and daughter getaway) to the double French doors that open wide to the sights and sounds of the Gulf, it truly felt like a dream.The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could have needed — and more. The beach is just a stone’s throw away — you can hear and see the waves the moment you step out of the car. And with stunning Gulf views from every level of the house, it was hard to ever leave. Add in the fact that the weather was absolutely perfect all week, and it really felt like we hit the jackpot!We spent our days walking the beach, collecting shells, painting them, and just soaking up every second. Shops and restaurants were nearby too, but just far enough to keep things peaceful and relaxed.We never even needed to contact the host — everything was perfectly prepared, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Hands down, the best VRBO stay we’ve ever had!

Perfect spot in Inlet Beach

Great house with a beautiful pool and just steps to a private, flat beach (no long steps up and over dunes). House has a great deck with gulf views and is well appointed. Close to all the great neighborhoods and shops at the east end of 30A, but set aside from the traffic and crowds. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. All-in-all a great week!

House was great for family with teenagers and also a 3 yo. Only steps from the beach and private pool can't be beat. A couple of issues occurred during our stay and property manager Andrew addressed them quickly and successfully. Recommend without reservation!!

This was our second time to stay at the Palms. We had a great visit and great weather! We really enjoy the lovely house and look forward to staying there again. The only thing we would mention is to have a full length mirror in the master bedroom. Other places we have stayed have had one.

The PERFECT Beach House

What a perfect beach house! The best location, close enough to bike to Rosemary without being in the craziness. Beach access is just across a small driveway and it was so easy to go back and forth to the house...makes it so easy with kids and didn't have all the bags and coolers lugged out to the beach. The pool was the perfect size with plenty of shade and sun. It has a shallow end which is great for kids still getting used to the water and keeps parents stress free. The garage is an added bonus with ping pong and is fully air conditioned with a TV. The guys were in heaven!! Each bedroom has a king size mattress. That did make some of the rooms tight but honestly our group rarely is in the rooms and when we are, we prefer the larger beds. NOT shown in the pictures are the newly renovated bathrooms in guest rooms downstairs. The master is still older but VERY clean and great space. The house has beautiful view of the ocean and you can see it all the way into the kitchen. It truly is such a cozy home and was perfect for our group. We have been traveling to 30a for 8 years now and have stayed in larger / smaller homes and right in Rosemary. This home beats all those experience by far because of location and quiet access on the beach. It was so nice not to have to fight for beach space and be crammed into a limited space because umbrella companies just take over all of 30a now! We cannot wait to come back and next time for LONGER!

Mother’s Day stay

Good location for the beach and local restaurants. We could walk to most places in Rosemary and Alys Beaches. This is a very pretty home with a nice pool. 3 king bedrooms worked out great for our 3 couples.

The Perfect Family Vacation Home

We had such a wonderful time at The Palms. The property was better than expected. We were so impressed at check-in with the ocean views and the cleanliness of the home. We were very comfortable with a bathroom in each bedroom and the ample living areas. The high quality bbq was a plus as well, and the ease of the beach access coupled with the pool makes this property unbeatable. We cannot wait to return.

We so enjoyed this beautiful beach house. So close to the ocean and it had everything anyone would need. Owner was very responsive to questions. We didn’t use the beautiful pool as it had started cooling off . We enjoyed the ocean, nearby great restaurants, shopping and most of all quality time together. Highly recommend!
