The space
Location! 3 minute walk to the beach with public beach access. Our home has 4 beautifully designed bedroom and 3 full baths. As you walk into the front door you'll see a large open area perfect for entertaining. The living area features a large 65-inch Roku Smart TV.

Our updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, is the perfect space, for the chef in your family, to enjoy preparing delicious meals.

The 1st floor bedroom has a comfy king sized bed, spacious closet, and Roku smart TV.

On the second floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms. The large primary bedroom features its own balcony and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom features two twins beds and a full.

The top floor is where the kids will love hanging out, playing games, and watching their shows. It also includes a queen size pull out couch and futon.

The backyard of this property has enough room to swim and enjoy some tropical drinks beside your private pool. And when you are finished taking a dip, you can wash off using the outdoor shower.

This property is sure to make some wonderful family memories and have you coming back year after year!

Other things to note: Pool can be heated in Jan and Feb for $25 a day (Spring and Summer are included) Please let us know 2 days ahead of arrival so we can heat it up. Disclaimer: The pool heater is electric and may not heat effectively when outdoor temperatures fall below 55°F.

For guest safety, property security, and liability purposes, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras: one located on the left side of the property monitoring the beach equipment area, and one overlooking the pool area. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

The location was great and the privacy of the pool was wonderful. We live on the water in Pensacola, so we enjoyed our stay by the pool. The house was loaded with activities for family fun from cornhole to video games. The outdoor TV was nice, we watched the football games while lounging in the pool. The air conditioner kept the house cool. It was a beautiful home and we would definitely stay there again. Our host was also very responsive when I asked questions.

We stayed here for fall break with 6 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room for everyone. The house is very spacious and we never felt crowded. The beach is literally a 3 min walk from the house. They had beach toys and even a wagon to use if needed. Plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. The beds were comfortable and with 3 full bathrooms getting ready for dinner was easy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. They even had a welcome basket with snacks and coffees. The owners responded quickly to questions that we had. We also asked to have the pool set at 88 and when we got there it was the perfect temperature. One thing to take into consideration is the only entrance to the backyard is through the bedroom downstairs. It was not a problem for us but I could see where it might for others. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was really home away from home. We traveled with a family of ten and it accommodated us perfectly. This home looks smaller on the outside but it’s really spacious. There is a bedroom on the main floor and three bedrooms on the second floor that includes the master bedroom. The kids enjoyed the game room on the third floor and the adults loved the sunrise and sunsets from the balcony on the third floor. The only drawback was there was only one entrance to the pool since the outside gate had to be locked. This caused everyone to have to go through someone’s bedroom to access the pool and with five kids tracking water through the bedroom was a nightmare. Other than that the home was wonderful and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. I would definitely recommend and book again.

Workcation

Easy check in, great communication, great air conditioning, fast wifi, and one of the best stocked kitchens, and I've stayed in a lot of rentals over the last few years. Side note,Gordon was awesome!There was a big storm while we were there, and lightning hit in the area, and caused a breaker to trip. I was at work, but my wife was at the house with the kids. He came out IMMEDIATELY, and checked everything out, and was just an absolute pleasure.

Great Stay, Steps From The Beach

House was clean and fully stocked with essentials for cooking and playing at the beach. Gas grill works and was fully stocked with propane. Literally a 3 min walk to the beach. Perfect place to stay with 10 people!

Spring break trip

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location was amazing for us. We loved the heated pool and the surrounding back yard was perfect for our group, we enjoyed evening cookouts. Bedrooms were a great layout for what we needed. My only complaint was the king bed upstairs had a very squeaky mattress cover which was bothersome. We definitely plan on staying here again for future visits.

Relaxing Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Lauguna Beach with grandparents and our 2 young kids. The house was great for our group with plenty of space inside and out. It has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach toys and wagon to take the quick walk to the beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful. We all went in the pool several times each day as the heater made it super comfortable to be in there. My kids thought it was cool to watch TV while swimming; and watching the Super Bowl from the pool is something we won’t forget. My son was obsessed with the Paw Patrol arcade game they had stocked in game room and my husband and father in law loved playing an old football game on one of the arcade games. The house had everything we needed to relax and have fun as a family. We would 100% stay again.

Perfect home for a family vacation! You will not be disappointed!

Initially we were concerned about not having enough space for our family vacation of 9 people 5 adults 3 teens and a child but once we arrived to the house we were amazed at how spacious everything was! Everybody had plenty of room and space to enjoy themselves without being on top of each other! The teens and kid loved the arcade room and there was so much pool and beach toys/ supplies we barely used any of our own since it was all already there ready to go! One review stated the only entrance to the pool was through the downstairs bedroom however once we got to the home we discovered there is an outdoor gate to also access the pool which made us very happy as we did not want to disturb my in laws all night going in and out of their room and we didn’t have to! The beach was a very close walk but slightly farther than expected with a heavy wagon being drug through the sand to the water but we were able to go multiple times a day due to the home still being a short walk to the beach access! Everybody had an amazing time and the pool was a hit due to the rip currents causing a few beach closures during our trip! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, and electronics you may need and the internet worked very well for all of our family using their electronics! We all had such a great time we have already talked about staying here again in the future since the home was such a perfect lay out for our family! It is the perfect beach home!!

Our first time in PCB and we are hooked. The house was everything listed and more. Very clean and comfortable. We had two families with 5 teens. Plenty of room for everyone to have there own space on the house. The backyard was great and provide lot of entertainment from the pool, putter ball and TV. The short walk to the beach was perfect to catch an early morning walk or the sunset! Courtney and Gordon were easy to work with and very quick to respond with any of our questions. Would definitely rebook or recommend!!

We loved every single detail Gordon & Courtney provided from the lovely welcome snacks in the kitchen, the towels, the additional trash bags, pool/beach supplies, the most adorable rolling cooler and digital guide. The list goes on 😊 They truly thought of everything. The location was in a good location, near everything and very accessible. The walk to the beach was short and sweet, 3 mins and boom, BEACH! I've shared the home with so many people already Prior to our arrival, they also sent a very detailed instructions/ guide to the home from check-in/check-out , what's nearby, recommendations on where to go, where to eat. It was all right there. We had no issues at all. The hosts were so quick to respond as well. I LOVE THAT! I will definitely be back.
