Kaunis, Gulf Front Town -kotimme on juuri valmistunut uusittu, sisälle ja ulos. Siinä on 3 suurta makuuhuonetta, joissa on kaikki uudet kalusteet ja liinavaatteet.

Siellä on king-makuuhuoneen täysi seinäikkuna, joka osoittaa suoraan Persianlahteen, ja toisen kunnollisen kokoisen makuuhuoneen, joka on suunniteltu erittäin lapsiystävälliseksi, ja mukavasti 2 queen-vuodetta.

Pääasiallisella tasolla koti on toinen makuuhuoneessa on 2 queen size-vuodetta täysi kylpyamme seisova suihku, joka sopii vanhemmille perheenjäsenille sen ensimmäisen kerroksen sijainti ja täysi kylpyamme. Kaikissa huoneissa on myös taulutelevisio. Yksikkömme on myös täysin varustettu WiFi, voit tuoda kannettavat tietokoneet rannalle mukanasi.

Täysin varusteltu keittiö on avoin konsepti tiskillä ja 4 jakkaralla, on kaunis merinäköala, joten nauti näkymästä ruoanlaiton aikana. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu, ja kaikki keittiöt ja ruokailuvälineet ovat paikoillaan.

Yli kokoinen olohuone on varustettu hyvin, moderni queen-size-vuodesohva ja 2 erittäin mukavaa tuolia. Siellä on myös aivan uusi 42 tuuman Toshiba-HD-taulutelevisio nautintoasi varten.

Ruokapöydässä on pöytä, jossa 6 mukavaa tuolia, ja siellä on myös keittiön tiski 4 baarituolilla.

Haluatko grillata ulkona? Meillä on myös ylimitoitettu mukava hiiligrilli, joka on valmis nautinnoksi Persianlahden etupuolella. Sijainti viisas, olemme sijaitsee suoraan länteen Pier Park. Meillä on upeat näkymät laiturille, joka on suoraan Persianlahden etukannellamme.

On myös hyviä ruokailumahdollisuuksia kävelyetäisyydellä yksiköistämme, kadun toisella puolella on uskomaton italialainen / pizzapaikka, siipien / grillauspaikka ja tietysti pari hyvää mereneläviä.

Siellä on myös Winn Dixie -kauppa ja kadun toisella puolella myös CVS-apteekki.
Aivan itäämme kuuluisalla Pier Park -alueella, joka tarjoaa valtavan viihteen, ruokailun ja ostosmahdollisuudet sekä merkin hiljattain kunnostetun laiturin!

We had a great stay at this VRBO property over Thanksgiving, and the accommodations were fantastic—spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the comforts of home. The location was ideal for our holiday plans, and we were excited to spend the week there.However, our experience was significantly impacted by the refrigerator not working for the entire duration of our stay. This was especially frustrating given that it was Thanksgiving week, a time when we had a lot of food to store and prepare. Although the owner quickly came up with a temporary solution, we incurred additional costs by having to buy ice and store food elsewhere, which disrupted our plans.While the owner initially seemed willing to resolve the issue, we never received any follow-up regarding a reimbursement for the added expenses and the inconvenience caused. We were unable to fully accomplish our goal for the stay, which was to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family, without the stress of logistical challenges.The property itself was wonderful, but the lack of communication and resolution regarding the refrigerator issue made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been, particularly during such a significant holiday. We hope future guests don’t encounter similar issues, but do recommend the property for its quality and location.

We recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. While the location is great, several issues made our stay very disappointing. First, the cleanliness of the property was not up to standard. Even after a cleaning service was sent, the pull-out mattress remained stained and unusable, leaving one of our guests without a proper bed for the entire stay. Several electrical outlets and lightbulbs did not work, adding to the inconvenience. The refrigerator was broken, leading to about $300 worth of groceries being spoiled. We had to make several trips for ice to preserve what we could, but much of it had to be thrown away. This was a major inconvenience and added unnecessary stress to our vacation. Additionally, we were charged for 7 adults, even though we had only 6 adults and 4 children. Despite reaching out for clarification, no adjustment has been made for this extra charge. To make matters worse, the host seemed to blame us for some of the issues we encountered, which felt unfair considering we were respectful guests who followed all house rules. Other than sending repairmen, there has been no compensation offered for the problems we faced, including the spoiled groceries and inadequate sleeping arrangements. Although the location was great, the issues with the property and lack of proper response from the host made this stay far from enjoyable. We hope that future guests have a better experience, but do not recommend.

This was a lovely townhome located right on the beach. The back deck walks right out into the sand- right to the ocean. Location is excellent and is convenient to everything, yet the townhome is quiet and peaceful. The home was very clean- had everything we needed in it. I went with my husband and two grown sons. We look forward to staying in this unit again. And the owner is so nice and helpful! He gets back to you asap if you need anything.

This is an conveniently located ,beautiful condo! The pictures don't do it justice, especially the ocean view bedroom upstairs! Being able to walk out onto the beach every morning was a real treat. We will definitely recommend and we will be back!!

As we were arriving, we received a message from the owner stating that there’s construction going on and issues with the trash service. When we pull up, there was a huge pile of nasty trash outside the door, from the people that were there prior to us. My husband helped a neighbor clean it up. We had no exterior trash can/trash service for the entire trip (7 nights). We had to take our trash to the beach at night, to put in the public trash cans. The clothes dryer wasn’t working, so I had to buy hangers and a dryer rack, to air dry my clothes. The downstairs bedroom closet had no doors and contained a used mattress, along with other junk. The upstairs bedroom closets were blocked by the beds. The oven handle kept falling down, there were light bulbs missing here and there, most of the furniture is very worn out (not exactly as pictured), and the place has an odd smell (I bought wax warmers from Walmart). The exterior looks very unkept, especially compared to the neighbors, and the handrail on the stairs is rotting and loose. The day after we arrived, I informed the owner of most of the issues (aside for the run down furniture and odd smell). She replied back, seeming to be concerned. She stated that she could get a handyman out there, but I never heard from her again. I honestly did not keep pushing on these issues, because I wanted to enjoy my trip. I noticed a review that mentioned a pool, of which I never saw. The property needs maintenance and updates.

Location, Location, Location! This property is on a beautiful stretch of uncrowded beach! The town home is clean, super comfortable, and well appointed! We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay. We are older and enjoyed, but tired of the nearby Margaritaville, Senor Frogs, Pompano Joe’s scene, but found Edward’s and Paradis in Rosemary Beach- less than a 15 minute drive , which were 5 star dinners. I am hard pressed to think of anything negative to say about our experience- We will be back!! For those with dogs- there is a very small strip of grass for pups to walk on. Our dog is older and was fine (and we drove her to the dog beach 1 mile away), but for a dog needing more of a walk, there is limited space. Nonetheless- you will love this space!

This was perfect for our family get away. Steps from the beach and located close to grocery store and restaurants. Our first night we could not find any sheets for the pull out couch. I sent a message to the owners and they called immediately to tell me where to find them. I would stay here again if we ever come back to Panama City!

We rented this house because it was on the beach and close enough to restaurants and things to do but also far enough to not be bothered by noises. This house was everything we wanted and more! There was enough space for our group of 12 to stay together to hang out and have fun in the living room/kitchen area but also enough to separate and wind down for bed. The sunrises and sunsets from the windows and balcony were unreal! What a breathtaking site to see, all from the comfort of our pajamas! The back deck/patio area was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea at any point of the day. The ability to just walk out and be in the sand without taking an additional step was amazing. All in all, the place was clean when we reached, checkin was a breeze, and communicating with Zohra was super easy! She responded to all our questions within minutes and was super sweet and friendly! We highly, highly recommend this property to anyone looking to come for a relaxing, fun time with a medium sized group! We are hoping to make PCB a yearly trip and will definitely come back to stay in this house! Thank you!

The manager gave us no notification that not only was there major construction going on with the roads directly in front of the condo unit but also the unit near door was getting a “ gut” renovation. The work next door started early I. The morning and the hammering and other construction noise woke everyone up early each morning and continued throughput the day. The workers coming out on the front deck constantly gave very little privacy. We had to move cars over and over so the huge construction dumpster could be emptied. It really diminished the experience of our visits.

We had a great time in this unit over the Thanksgiving weekend. The unit is situated right on the beach and we could see the dolphins from the back porch. The staff was quick to respond to all request and any maintenance issues. the best part of all was the ability to bring the pets. Even though it's pet freindly you couldnt tell by the cleanliness of the unit.

A great home right on the beach! Spacious and nicely furnished. The deck is a great place to relax and watch the waves when you’re tired of the sand. Love that there is a bedroom & bathroom on 1st floor for those who may not be able to handle constant up/down a flight of stairs. The owners were very responsive to our messages via VrBO Tons of restaurants, many within walking distance, and shopping very close.

The initial overall of the townhouse was good. The Queen size beds were so loud every time you moved on the bed, must have been the mattress pads. The upstairs master king bed was great. The 2 Queen beds upstairs was awkward. One of the Queen beds was pushed up against both closet doors, so you could not use closets in that bedroom. The towell rack in that bedroom, fell to the floor when you put a towel on the rack..(my husband fixed that rack). The kitchen was well equipped, but the first night I used the oven the entire oven door handle fell to the floor, again my husband got his tools out and fixed the handle. The stove top, every eye I used, the pans slid off the burners, they were all crooked, but we made out. The shower for downstairs bedroom had no where to put your soap or shampoo except the FLOOR. No shelve or safety bar in that shower. I have never had to put my soap on floor of shower untill then. The cloth sofa in living room was filthy, we bought fabreze to spray it down, then covered with sheets to sit on. The 2 trash containers outside, one had a hugh hole in bottom, so trash went right through, the other can had a disgusting oder...

This townhouse was perfect for a much needed vacation! Great for families or a group of friends. The location is less crowded and right across the street from the grocery store. I love that you walk right onto the beach from the deck. The property manager was prompt, very nice and helpful.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great; and the fact that there's a traffic light at the entrance makes getting on and off the road so easy. We loved the convenience of getting to the car and the beach. It was ao much easier than the high rise condos Finally, the lower density of the resort makes for plenty of elbow room at the beach. I would definitely recommend!
