the inside of your new vacation home! The inviting front porch will be a place to soak up some
much needed R&R in the custom matching Adirondack chairs while grilling out your favorite
meals under the stars. Step inside to see the brand new gourmet kitchen, recently remodeled
with all new Viking appliances! Enjoy entertaining all of your family and friends while cooking in
this splendid kitchen that is at the heart of the home and overlooks the dining and living areas.
There is a 2nd and enchanting porch on this main level as well which doubles Lazy Days’ R&R
main level common space.

Take the first flight of stairs to the roommate planned, King Suite level. This 2nd floor boasts
2 KING suites, each with their own en-suite baths. Each bedroom has a smart TV and private
balconies. For those times you need to slip away from all the action going on throughout the
rest of the house, just mosey on up to your Master Bedroom suite with its very own Morning
Bar! In your private space away from it all, you can enjoy a fresh cup of organic coffee, your
favorite glass of chilled wine or a fresh popped bag of popcorn made right there at the foot
of your King sized bed with the en-suite Keurig, mini-fridge and a microwave!

The second King Suite on this floor has a ton of space with custom made draperies as the
backdrop to the King sized bed. Beautifully designed interiors with a nice sized bath, a smart TV
and a private balcony of its own is sure to impress!

Take the next flight of stairs to the 3rd floor kid zone with 2 more bedrooms and a shared
double vanity bath! The first room has its own Queen sized bed, perfect for those teens that
want their private space away from their younger siblings or space for another adult couple.
This Queen bedroom has its own smart TV, direct access to the shared bath and a huge, private,
wrap-around balcony with beautiful beach breezes and views of the Seacrest Community. This
Queen room is sure to be a favorite respite for its hosted guests!

The last bedroom on this floor is the bunk room that boasts 4 total Queen beds that are
bunked together and sleeps 8 comfortably! As a perfect scenario for the best kids’ sleepovers or
an ALL girls trip, this bunk room has its own TV and space to play cards or board games with
direct access to the shared bath as well.

Lazy Days has recently been professionally designed and decorated and lives like a brand
new home within the Seacrest Beach Community. It is a short 7 minute walk to the massive
community Lagoon Pool and also a short 7 minute walk to the private Seacrest Beach Access.
Lazy Days is a 1 minute walk to 30A, 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach and 5 minutes to Alys Beach.
