Newly renovated, comfortably furnished, clean, well appointed beach side townhouse on a dead end street on the quiet section of Thomas Drive. Less than 2 miles from St.Andrew’s State Park, Shell Island, steps away from numerous water sports, deep sea fishing, wonderful restaurants, shops, golf courses and a plethora of family attractions.

This was the perfect spot for us! The beautiful beach was literally a 1-minute walk from the condo. Carrie had a closet full of beach accessories already in the room (chairs, towels, toys, etc.). The pace was very clean and well kept. Carrie responded within minutes of sending a question our request. We'll be back for spring break!

Fantastic location (although new construction adjacent to the property may change this in the future). The property (not just the apartment my family stayed at) is a bit run down, but not to the point where anything is critically wrong. Paint is chipped, doors dented, trim boards popped off, AC vents caked with dust, etc. The only thing that I would say needs to be addressed is the doorknob lock on the front door was broken, as was the screen door lock. This wasn't, ultimately, a problem because the deadbolt was very functional. The only real drawback to this location is parking is atrocious, then again, so is parking at just about every beachfront property. At the price, this place is pretty hard to beat, honestly. I'd gladly come back again with my family.

Close to beach

The property was a little old on the outside but inside was very nice. Well kept and clean. The furnishings were nice and had everything we needed. Chairs , umbrella and other beach things were in the closet ready to use. About half a block to the beach entrance which was very convenient. The property was very pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

We had to scramble to evacuate due to a hurricane. Cary was very quick to get back to us and accommodate our family’s needs. She went above and beyond to find us another condo when her condo was no longer available. The condo is adorable and comfortable, and it is a few steps away from the beach. We were able to turn our stressful situation into a nice little vacation

Perfect getaway

What a perfect vacation spot for the family and dog. We loved how close it was to the beach and that the host provided anything you may have forgotten. Our only complaint was noisy upstairs neighbors but it really want that big of an issue.

I can't say enough positive things about this unit. Although you can't see the water from the unit, it is just as close to the beach as staying at a condo facing the water without all the inconveniences. The apartment was very clean and so well stocked with everything we needed. We pulled up to the door and unloaded our car directly into the unit. Carrie was a jewel. She responded to me within minutes every time I messaged her. We will definately stay here again.

Perfect beach spot

The property was better than expected as often details are missed, especially in smaller and more affordable places but everything was immaculate and well stocked. The beach was 1-2 minutes away down a very quiet street. The condos to either side are noisy on the weekend but the beach directly adjacent was very quiet and peaceful, we often had it to ourselves.

Fall beach trip

Great place to stay with your pet. I loved being so close to the ocean and being able to take my dog to the beach. Plan to book again. We give out Host 5 stars she was the best.
