Take in the gorgeous view from the second-floor balcony or unwind on either of the two first-floor patios. Everything you need to prepare and serve meals can be found in the upgraded kitchen. At the end of a long day in the sun and surf, recline on the couch and watch your favorite show on the flatscreen TV. Explore Rosemary Beach on 30A just to the west (two miles) and popular attractions like Pier Park (six miles) and Gulf World Zoo (seven miles) east of the home. You’ll want to spend a whole day exploring Pier Park’s many stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. A Publix grocery store and CVS pharmacy are right around the corner from your beach home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
