✔ Two nearby public beach access points: Seabreeze Beach Access (Seabreeze - 6) is approximately 0.1 miles from Waterhouse Provisions (0.6 miles from the cottage), and Seacrest Drive Beach Access (Seacrest Dr - 5) is approximately 0.2 miles from Waterhouse Provisions (0.7 miles from the cottage). Golf cart parking is available at Waterhouse Provisions for convenient beach gear drop-off and pickup, subject to availability.

Beach Access Note:
The closest beach entrance includes multiple flights of stairs. ADA-accessible options are available at Inlet Beach Regional Access (3.46 mi) and Santa Clara Regional Beach Access (5.21 mi).

✔ Agreements: Signed rental, golf cart (third party), and bike agreements required
✔ Golf Cart: Licensed and approved drivers only; follow Walton County LSV road rules (QR code on cart).
✔ House Rules: No parties, events or pets. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (A $500 fine will be charged for violations). Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 p.m. per Walton County ordinance.
