Sterling Reef Beach Resort on (luokan A) osakehuoneisto rannalla, jossa on erityisen suuret parvekkeet, joihin pääsee joko olohuoneesta tai makuuhuoneesta. ”Reef Memories” tarjoaa upeat näkymät kauniille valkoisen hiekan rannoille ja upeille auringonlaskuille Panama City Beachissä, Floridassa. "Reef Memories" -yksikössämme on rannan päämakuuhuone, jossa on king-size-lämpötila, 42 tuuman seinälle asennettava taulutelevisio, Bose-seinälle asennettava äänibaari, iso kylpyhuone ja vaatehuone. Voit rentoutua päivän päätteeksi makuulla sängyssä katsomassa aaltoja, televisiota tai nauttien päivästä suuressa kylpyammeessa / suihkussa. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on uusi queen-size-vuode ja seinälle asennettu taulutelevisio. Tämän makuuhuoneen kylpyhuone sijaitsee käytävällä. Haluatko yksityisyyttä? Ei huolia. Huoneiston ulkoasu tarjoaa makuuhuoneiden erottelun toisistaan, joten sinulla ja vieraillasi on riittävä yksityisyys. Olohuoneessa on uusi queen-size-vuodesohva ylimääräistä nukkumatilaa varten.

Avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on suuri graniittisaari, antaa sinun valmistaa ateriasi nauttien kauniista merinäköalasta.   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We hated having to leave!

Our first trip to the beach ever & Dawn was wonderful! Promptly responded when we had questions! The location of the condo is perfect and the condo itself is on the 4th. floor. Large balcony with 2 sliding glass doors. We laid in bed watching a thunderstorm roll in from the ocean with absolutely no sound from the storm or other condo vacationers. Walked on the beach in the mornings and at night. Watched dolphins swim and jump out of the water throughout our stay from the balcony and the beach. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and planning to come back next year! Please don’t hesitate to book this amazing condo!!! The memories you make will last a lifetime!

Great fall getaway

I rented this condo for a fall beach vacation with my adult daughter. We loved the location as the beach was not crowded and it was right by a pier. We were close to grocery stores, shopping and lots of places to eat. Dawn has excellent communication and left detailed instructions for check in and check out so I knew exactly what to expect. She was available if we needed anything during our stay. The beds were comfortable and we slept well each night. I liked that the condo is on the 4th floor so if we did not want to wait on the elevators we could take the stairs. My daughter used the gym and loved the view of the ocean while on the treadmill. Beautiful memories were made and we are already missing the beach.

I was impressed that everything we needed on the beach is in included on the unit like the beach chairs, beach toys for the kids ans they also have free beach set up. Also, Dawn was very responsive to all questions and very accomodating. Great location and parking area was perfect. I would recomment this unit and definitely will come back.

Perfect location and comfort.

Arrival and check in procedures were simple. Condo had everything needed for a quick beach vacation. Condo set up was comfortable and easily accommodated my family of 6. Dawn was a fantastic hostess- offering her beach chairs for use was an unexpected addition to the quality of stay. The condo was quiet and in an excellent location To all restaurants and activities.

Perfect Location Perfect Stay

My family stayed for spring break and the location was awesome, the condo smelled awesome upon arrival, the owner was super communicative and available if needed. I slept and slept and slept. The plus for me was having the beach chairs reserved. The only thing I would consider updating in the condo is the carpet. It's just pretty worn especially in the master bedroom.

STERLING REEF

We enjoyed our stay besides two hiccups. Our first two days at the condo, the second elevator was out of commission. We had to take the stairs up to the 4th floor quiet a few times which was not ideal. The wait times for the elevators averaged about an hour. Every guest we encountered said this was an ongoing issue and they weren't happy about it either. I know, however, that this is not the condo owner's fault. Once the elevator was fixed Monday night, that issue resolved itself and we had no further complaints there. The only other issue we had during our stay was the beach umbrella that was provided to us on the balcony. It was completely mangled, rusted, and would not work whatsoever. We ended up having to throw it away because it was of no use to anyone and was very dangerous with the rusted wire pieces sticking out. We were under the impression that we would be able to use the umbrella since it was included in the listing description. Other than that, we had a fabulous trip. The room was clean, all appliances worked perfectly, beds were comfortable, and the owner of our condo even included things for us like shampoo/conditioner, towels, extra pillows, two tide pods and dryer sheets for laundry, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Dawn sent us numerous emails about our stay telling us the codes to the room/beach/pool, check-in/check-out times, and what to expect upon arrival. We appreciated this because it took any guess work out of our arrival. We would stay here again.

It was a beautiful place to stay we made the best out of the trip. The only problem was the a.c.

Overall we had a good time but the a.c. was outdated I believe. We had to run the ceiling fans on high because it was hot.We dealt with it but other than that it was fine.

Will be back! Loved it!!

I had the best time with just myself & my 19 yr old daughter! We loved this unit & will definitely book this same room again! Everything was so easy from check in to check out! We received email with everything we needed to know - even things to do & places to go. Very clean & has everything you need! Will highly recommend this place to friends! The room is just like the pics & so cozy & cute! Great location. Can’t wait to book this room again. :)

Little beach getaway

The location was great, close to everything! And the view was spectacular and it was on the 4th floor which is great, not too high not too low. For the money on such short notice it was a great little getaway but the cleanliness could have been better. It’s like someone just did a quick glance but didn’t bother to actually clean. But nothing that couldn’t be improved for future visits. I would stay here again. Dawn was great and very attentive and quick to respond!

Great experience

This condo was everything that was listed and more. We had a 8 month old baby with us and there was a playpen provided which was very useful and quite a surprise. Everything we needed for the week was provided. Thank you for a awesome week! I will definitely stay again!!

Perfection

We found the check-in process to be seamless. So easy. The owners provided so many little things like coffee filters, kuereg cups, hand soap, dishwasher soap, q-tips. Those things you forget about. Wonderfully decorated. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, Goofy Golf, the fishing pier. Just sit on balcony and watch the sunset.
