Mercy Me PCB! Ground floor villa is steps from beach access #42 at Edgewater

Mercy Me PCB is an upgraded and remodeled ground floor two bedroom/two bathroom villa in the Beachview Villas area of Edgewater Beach Resort. Staying at this beauty means you'll enjoy a spacious, remodeled, comfortable place to relax and rest your head while being mere steps from the sand via a private gate to Beach Access point #42.

Inside, you'll be greeted by a roomy dining and living area combination with access to our covered patio. Two sofas (one a sleeper) give you prime viewing to our Smart TV with streaming channels. The dining table seats 6 + we have 4 bar seats as well. The full kitchen means you can make up any snacks or meals using our full array of pots/pans/utensils and all small appliances needed. We have a full pot coffee maker or a single cup for your convenience. A full sized washer and dryer means you can pack more efficiently and launder clothing and bathing suits as needed.

Our covered patio is right beside green space and is perfect for a morning cup of joe or for relaxing post-beach on our cushioned wicker furniture.

In the master bedroom, you'll find a king sized bed, rocker chair, smart TV, dresser, and access to our ensuite master bathroom with double vanity, water closet, and garden tub/shower combination.

Just down the hall is our guest room with its own Smart TV and two queen sized beds. You can access our second bathroom from the bedroom as well.

High speed fiber internet is available complimentary in the villa and throughout the resort. A seasonally heated pool is located just across the parking lot from our front door.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.
