This bright & cheerful home is perfect for your beach vacation. Come enjoy the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. Centrally located in West PCB and equipped with everything you need for your fun in the sun.

This completely renovated 4 bed / 2 bathroom home is fully stocked and even has a Mardi Gras themed game room!

Minimum age to rent is 25, if under 25, please inquire about an exception before booking the space.

This home is spacious and beautifully updated from top to bottom with high-end stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and multiple social areas to gather - from the cozy living room to the plentiful seating at the breakfast bar and table to the outdoor seating and the game room (with air hockey & pool table). With plenty of space for all guests, it’s sure to accommodate all your group’s needs!

The outdoor features include a private fenced back yard with a pergola, BBQ and a lot of yard space to enjoy. The property is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to grocery store, local restaurants & the nightlife at Pier Park!

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is a king bed en-suite. Bedroom 2 is a full over full bunk with a shared bath. Bedroom 3 is a queen bed, and bedroom 4 is a kids hangout room with two triple bunks (6 in all), tucked away from the living spaces and other bedrooms. There is also a queen sofa pull-out if needed.

Guest access
The house features on premises parking for 3 cars.

Golf cart rentals are available at California Cycles, Outlaw rentals, and more. This is a golf cart friendly neighborhood with access to Front Beach Road to get to Pier Park and other entertainment via car or golf cart.

Guests can also walk to the beach, grocery store & restaurants.

This place was perfect!

There was tons of space for our group. The place is upgraded very nicely. We enjoyed using the outdoor space and game room. The beach is a short walk. The host, David, is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect for family/friend trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Although it is a couple blocks from the beach, the walk was not bad at all. David was a great host and responded to any questions we had very quickly. The game room was a great entertainment room for us too!

Next best, if you can't stay at the beach

We stayed a month. Can't wait to go back. House had everything we needed. Was exactly as pictured. Loved the location. There was some road construction in the area, progress can't be helped. David the owner was friendly and comunicated promptly. We had a problem with the outlets in the bathrooms and he had them fixed same day with little inconvenience to us.

Perfect for our family get together

We had a great time and David was a great host. The place is very well maintained, and kitchen is very well stocked. Very convenient and walking distance from beach. I would for sure recommend this place for others.

Perfect for us!!

We came down for Thunder Bike Week and it was amazing. Perfect location for everything. 1 min away from Back Beach road and Front Beach road. The road construction was a little worrisome at first for the motorcycles but we had experienced riders and no problems. The driveway fit all of our (7) bikes and the owner even let our trail vehicle park on the back side of the property. We all had a blast and hope we will be welcomed back next year!!

Relaxing beach getaway!

This house was the perfect beach getaway! When we got to the house we had no trouble getting checked in and settled down. Everything was nice and clean, towels were provided in all of the bedrooms, and the neighborhood was in a great location. We had a 5 minute walk to the beach, which was beautiful! We loved going to Pier Park for lunch and shopping, which was also very close. It was so nice having a backyard to grill in and had plenty of space for everyone to hang out and enjoy the nice weather. I would definitely recommend staying at this relaxing beach house!

Perfect PCB getaway!

This property was just as pictured and better than expected! The listing was perfect for our group of 12 with extra room to spare! The beach was just a short walk away as well as the grocery which made it very convenient. The property was clean when we arrived and we had no issues with checking in after we couldn’t figure out the pin pad. David immediately sent somebody over to help us when we were struggling and was quick to respond with any questions we had.

Beach Getaway!

We had a great time at the El Centro Beach home. This house is great, very clean and has everything you need. Our host David was also very helpful, available at all times whenever we had any questions. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures except it felt even more spacious inside - and we had a group of 11 adults! There is an awesome game room which was a perfect way to occupy time on a few rainy days. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and so easy to walk to restaurants and the beach! I Would absolutely recommend a stay at this fabulous beach home!
