BEACH HOUSE is a cozy, fully renovated 2 BD/2.5 BTH townhome, sleeps 6 with modern amenities and perfect location at Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida.
With a bright living and dining area, luxurious furnished interior, and an amazing canal view and magnolia tree from the back porch, this home is perfect for your next big family beach vacation.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a gated community that requires a code to enter. There are 11 pools on property, 5 of which are heated seasonally. The largest pool looks out directly onto the gulf and includes a clubhouse with a restaurant & snack bar. The resort offers a workout gym, 18 hole mini golf course, shuffleboard courts, kids playground and 2 tennis courts.

Nearby, you’ll find Shipwreck Island Water Park, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, and Wonder Works. Enjoy shopping and dining at Pier Park, which is about 5 miles away.

FEATURES OF THE PROPERTY:

Main Level: the kitchen, living room & half bath, laundry room are all located on the main level of the home.

Living Room: Sleeper sofa, loveseat, TV

Dining Room: Table w/ seating for 4 people

Kitchen: Fully stocked w/ seating for 4 at the bar

Laundry room: The full size washer & dryer are located on the main level.

2nd Level: Bedrooms, Baths, & Office room off Master Bedroom

Bedroom 1: King bed, private bath w/ shower, LED mirrors, TV & Sunny office room with twin bed

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bathroom : off hallway w/ shower/tub combo, LED mirror

Back porch off main living room: w/ seating areas with a canal view, magnolia tree and swing.

Self check-in with the keypad. You will receive a door access code a day prior to your check in.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Just what we needed

The townhouse was just as expected. The community it’s in was very quiet and nice. Close to several things. Access to beach was easy. Would definitely stay again if we go to PCB again.

Quick stop on our way to Cape Coral

The host had great communication including a binder of info & a map of the property in the kitchen. The property was so cute & clean & in a great location with lots of amenities. The wall to the ocean was a bit further than I expected but it was easy access & the beach was gorgeous. We wanted to play putt putt but be aware - you have to bring your own clubs & balls. Overall an excellent experience

The home was very gorgeous and well stocked. It was also located a short walk from the beach. Plenty pools on the property along with other amenities. The neighbors were great as well, they sent over a birthday gift to my little girl. I had an issue with the hot water not working but I’m sure she will get right on that. Overall, an amazing stay!

We came to PCB for our Fall Break and this unit was exactly how it was described. It was a short walk to the beach entrance. It was the cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in. The colors and decor is exactly how you envision a beach house to look! Check in and check out was easy. W had no problems and will rent this unit again next year. We can’t wait to come back and make more memories at our favorite beach.

Everything was amazing. so pretty and had a fun great week. when we first got there we put in the directions that was sent to us and it took us to a gate that wouldn’t open but we eventually find the the main gate and got us through. also the bathroom by itself was a little difficult. we couldn’t figure out out to turn on the shower and also the drain was already clogged and we tried to fix it but it just didn’t work. but other than that EVERYTHING was perfect and we will be coming back !

Great property! The area is convenient and the unit is nicely furnished and has new Roku TVs throughout. Quick walk to the beach and the host were responsive. Good for a family or Singles.
