Please note: Elevators are currently inoperable (this unit is on the 4th floor). The elevators are scheduled to be demo'd and replaced from June-August 2026. This will result in periodical loud construction noise during working business hours in these months and the elevators will remain inoperable during this time. This Perfect Pointe (unit 143) is the ideal choice for the modern vacationer who is looking for upscale accommodations within walking distance to restaurants, shops and most importantly - the beach! Conveniently located in Inlet Beach and south of Highway 30a, we are approximately a 5 minute walk to the town of Rosemary Beach and just across the street from The Shops of 30a, which features upscale dining and shopping.

This condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 6. The unit features a fully stocked kitchen, two balconies (one off of the kitchen and one off of the master bedroom) which both have breathtaking views of the grounds and resort pool.

The Master Bedroom offers a king bed, TV, working space, and connecting master bathroom.
The Master Bathroom has a garden tub as well as a stand-up shower.
The Kitchen is fully stocked and features 4 bar stools, a Keurig (We provide 4 k-cups for your stay), and all the cooking pots you need!
The Second Bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, board games in the closet, and connecting guest bathroom.
The Living Room features a pull out sofa.
The Guest Bathroom has two vanity sinks with a stand-up shower!


In order to provide as much convenience to our guests as possible, we supply 4 beach towels, 2 backpack beach chairs, starter bathroom and kitchen amenities and 2 complimentary bicycles for use during your stay! The starter amenities include:

(1) Roll of paper towels
(4) Beach Towels
(2) Trash bags
(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom

(1) dawn soap and sponge
Starter set of dishwasher soap
(4) Keurig coffee pods

This complex has an open parking lot and two parking passes are provided at check-in and good for the length of your stay. Upon booking and signing our rental agreement, you will receive a helpful welcome packet (digital) that tells you everything you need to know about the complex, the unit, and area!!

ABOUT THE AREA: Highway 30a is a well-known highway south of Highway 98 that spans Santa Rosa Beach. Although most of the area is considered Santa Rosa Beach for mailing purposes, there are individual towns along the highway. Each town has its own personality and vibe – we encourage you to visit as many of them as you can while you are here! This condo is located between Rosemary Beach and Inlet beach but it is also very close to all the other towns along the way! Explore Alys Beach, Seagrove, Blue Mountain Beach, Dune Allen beach and more by simply heading out the complex and turning right on 30a!

Explore 30A via Golf-cart or Bikes to see all what it has to offer or simply grab your towel and chairs, hop on your bikes and head to the beach. There is also a Tesla charging station in the parking lot! There are so many things to do nearby - you may not know where to start! Whether venturing to the sugar white sands and sparkling blue water of the Gulf of Mexico, or taking a day to sight see, you will love enjoying everything this area has to offer!
