THE WORLD IS YOUR OYSTER with the Gulf of Mexico in your backyard!! This Fabulous 3 BR/2 BA oceanfront condo located on the 9th floor boasts breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast with mesmerizing shades of green. Spy dolphins, rays and the Blue Angels fly by!! Comfortable beds and large televisions in each room. Master bathroom is updated with a large spa shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware for all of your culinary needs. New Washer/Dryer. On-site grilling area with new grills for BBQ. Pool (heated in winter) that is partially covered for sun protection and fitness room on property. Several restaurants, attractions and Walmart within a 5–10-minute walk. Bowling, Axe Throwing, go carts, putt putt golf, and many other attractions nearby. Beach Volleyball, Luggage carts and beverage vending machine also on property. Ring Camera installed and No Smoking Facility. We enjoy the spacious balcony, whether it's early morning coffee hoping to catch marine life in action or watching the sun go down turning the sky orange before the stars shine down.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Awesome condo with convenient accommodations. Comes with parking pass that allows you to park beachside. Good size living area and kitchen with updated master bath. Balcony access from master. Owners are very nice with great communication. Easy check-in and checkout. Don’t hesitate to book here.

Excellent Condo

Our family stayed at the Grand View East May 31st-June 6, 2025. The first thing we noticed about the condo was that it was exactly as described. The place was beautifully decorated and contained everything we needed. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Each bedroom and living room had bigger TVs, you don’t see that very often especially in bedrooms. The host was extremely friendly, responded quickly and easy to communicate with. I had accidentally set our checkout as the 5th and the host had added the extra day for us with no issues and did so promptly. The balcony was wonderful, we loved the higher chairs and table to see over the railing. The condo was quiet, which we loved and we had no issues with elevator delays. Parking was never an issue, we had a pass to park right by the building. We also received two free beach lounge chairs and umbrella for the entirety of our stay which was awesome. We would absolutely recommend this condo.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property was very nicely decorated and furnished. It was very clean and accommodated all 8 of us. The appliances were new and the hospitality from the host was amazing! I would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Great place, great host!!

Great clean place to stay on the beach! The host was exceptional! They communicated before and during the event with helpful information for the trip! They box extra beach towels so we didn’t have to pack and bring our own! They also left a welcome card and box of delicious Parlor pastries! Nice touch! We will definitely stay here again! Our granddaughter left her apple pen and they are mailing back! Such great host! Thanks Francine and Fred!!

Amazing

We had a wonderful stay and the view was amazing. Love the access to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, arcades, walmart, just about anything that you would need or want is within walking distance. Morning walks on the beach, sunsets at night and all the sun, sand and sea in between. Highly recommend 😎🌴☀️

Wonderful Condo in Beautiful Panama City Beach

Our family enjoyed this beautiful, roomy and metiticulously cared for condo on the 9th floor of a beach side high rise in Panama City Beach. The condo was warmly decorated and so spacious. The main family area and master bedroom both had access to the large balcony where we enjoyed pristine views of the Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bath has a jetted soaker tub and a rain shower, so relaxing! The other two bedrooms were a full and queen bed with a large shared hall bath. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks and coffee and a lovely gift from the condo owners for us - which was a nice touch. Each bedroom and main family room had large, new tvs with netflix and disney+ accounts to enjoy. The best part was how close this condo was to the beach - just a quick ride down the elevator and a few steps walk and you find yourself in the soft sands of PCB. The owners responded quickly and were very informative. We will definitely book again.

Paradise Perfection

The condo was the perfect place for our girl's trip. The beds were comfy with nice linens. The bathrooms were modern and bright. The towels were large and fluffy. The kitchen had updated appliances and was nicely stocked. The balcony is important to us and this one was fabulous for our morning coffee and evening drinks, plenty of nice seating. Flat screens TVs in every room, in case it rains. The decor gave the feeling of walking into a magazine, very nice. It was a wonderful place to enjoy the beach.

Amazing Vacation!

We felt so welcomed and it was set up like home away from home. As much as I love my feet in the sand on the beach, that is the only place I like my feet to touch sand, so the mat on the beach leading up to the ramp to the shower/hose helped everyone not carry so much sand up to the pool and building. You do not have to walk up/down any steps to get to the beach and the beach is flat, so that is a major plus for those of us that are not in the best shape trying to lug all our beach gear 😂. Also, being able to park under the building we were able to keep our beach gear in the back of our truck and only have a few steps to get it and put it up going and coming in from the beach. The building is kept very clean! I never saw anyone mopping the floor or the elevators, but they always looked and smelled clean and one day i spilled something in the elevator and ran to the room to get paper towels and when I got to elevators and the door opened it had already been mopped! The owners were amazing with communication and even left us a sweet welcome card in the counter. Would absolutely stay again!

Diamond Time

Tons of space, comfortable, high-end feel. All 3 bedrooms are clean/comfortable with flat screens. 2 great bathrooms. Huge shower with rainfall head and jacuzzi tub. High end appliances in kitchen and throughout including laundry room with very nice wash/dry machine. Made super convenient coming in from beach. Did I mention, Awesome views! And Feel from balcony and inside condo -so close to water. There are 2 sliding doors access to balcony. Highly recommend. Everything was so easy from booking to check-out. Very pleased with everything! Gracious hosts, exceeded hospitality and we can’t wait to book again soon!
