Huhtikuu 2019 Päivitykset: Uusi, mukava, olohuoneen nahkasänky makuulle; Vihreä, olohuone, nojatuoli; Uudet, muhkeat Jamison-king-patjat ja laatikkojouset makuuhuoneeseen; Uusi makuuhuone vuodevaatteet; uusi parveke ruokapöytä ja tuolit; vasta maalattu parvekelattia.
Vuoden 2018 päivitykset: Vasta maalatut seinät, uudet matot joka huoneessa.

Yksikkö 1208 sisältää 2 ILMAISTA rantapehmustettua kiesituolaa ja sateenvarjo 15. maaliskuuta - 31. lokakuuta. Lisäksi avuksesi, tämä huoneisto sisältää yhden ILMAISEN varatun pysäköintipaikan rakennuksen alla ja lähellä hissejä sekä ylimääräisen ylimääräisen pysäköintipaikan kadun toisella puolella.

Kun astut tähän äskettäin päivitettyyn yksikköön, sinua lyö upea näköala Meksikonlahdelle! Huoneiston avoin asettelu mahdollistaa tämän näkymän melkein jokaisesta asuintilasta. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla, kauniilla graniittitasoilla ja uusilla kalusteilla. Olohuoneessa on litteä HDTV, upea uusi laatta ja suora pääsy erityisen suurelle parvekkeelle. Parveke on täydellinen paikka nauttia aamiaista ja rauhallista iltapäivää! Tämä huoneisto sisältää ILMAISEN wi-fi-yhteyden.

Keittiö on täysin varustettu herkullisen aamiaisen tai upean illallisen valmistukseen. Tarjoile kaikkia ruokasalipöydässä, johon mahtuu kuusi, tai keittiöbaarissa. Tai vielä parempaa, aterioi tilavalla 10 jalkan syvyydellä ja 28 jalkaa leveällä ylimitoitetulla parvekkeella nauttien rannalla näkymistä, kuunnellessa aaltoja ja toivottavasti katselemalla delfiinejä heidän mielestään menneisyydestä.

Makuuhuone vieressä parveke ja sisältää kauniit näkymät lahdelle. Nuku aaltojen ääneen! Mestari sisältää yksityisen kylpyhuoneen ja television niille myöhäisillan elokuville, joita katsellaan täysin mukavasti. Vierashuoneessa on kätevästi kaksi täysikokoista sänkyä ja televisio. Vierashuone vieressä on erillinen kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkulla.

Beds are very comfortable. View of the beach is perfect. Balcony furniture is very comfortable. West end of PCB is quiet but still accessible to family activities: water park, restaurants, shopping, Pier Park, arcade. Parking garage is very important in hot weather. Turns are tight but we can still make it in our full size truck. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Visit information on the app is all inclusive and exceptional. We love this condo and will continue to come back to it.

My mother has late stage Parkinson's and Greta's was beyond wonderful in accommodating her special needs. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The beach access was the easiest I have ever had. I could push the wheelchair right to the sand. Our beach chairs were just feet away from the ramp. I would highly recommend Greta's and Unit 1208 to anyone but especially to people with special needs.

Short stay

Tropic Winds was our go to for PCB. Our normal condo was already taken. This was a last minute trip I literally booked a week before arrival. Gretas beach rentals was easy to deal with and got back to us fast. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We go for the beach which Greta’s has no control over. The beach in the past was very clean however this trip it was cluttered with trash literally beer cans, plastic zip lock bags, too many to count plastic handles off of kids buckets and the amount of cigarette butts was ridiculous. We have been going to Tropic Winds since 2015 very disappointed in the cleanliness of the beach. We will a different condo next time and will use Gretas Beach rentals again

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When you walked in the condo it looked beautiful. But, I requested no carpeting but there was thick carpeting throughout and rugs on top of that. My elderly mother wasn't able to push her walker on the carpeting. When I wiped down the leather chair, it was dirty as was the fan blades. The toilets were meant for kindergartners. I loved the master bedroom mattress, I would like the brand name. It was a very quiet condo. The parking garage is very scary going up/down the levels as are the tiny parking spots. Besides the flaws, we had a great vacation.

Normally there’s always something in a condo that we have to clean or wait on the cleaning company, I even brought some of my own cleaner from home. To my surprise, I never had to use them. Tropic Winds 1208 is probably the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. We didn’t have to do anything but enjoy this beautiful condo! The staff at Greta’s beach rentals were very easy to work with and very nice. I would recommend Greta’s Beach Rentals to everyone coming to PCB. We have been going to PCB for along time and we love staying on the west end, a lot less crowded. I would definitely recommend Tropic Winds 1208!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 4. We stayed 3 nights and the condo was perfect for us. The master had a view of the ocean from the room. The guest room had two full size beds giving the kids their own bed. The balcony was spacious with a large table and an excellent view of the beach and water. The kitchen had everything we needed. The layout is great with a closet for the beach supplies right by the door so you don't track so much sand. The condo had blankets, towels, extras that made it perfectly homey. Parking undercover to stay out of the sun was a bonus. The walk to the beach was short. This was the first time I had a question for the property management company and they were extremely responsive and professional.

It was clean, had plenty in the kitchen and extra chairs and toys. It was a great space for our family of 4.The garage is a bit tight if you have a large truck or SUV. We didn't have many issues since it was off-season.

1208 was a very nice condo. Everything was clean and looked newly renovated. There were a couple cabinet doors that the hinges need repair and Adam, our maintenance man came and repaired them the following morning. Adam was very nice and considerate of or needs. l would give Greta's Beach Rentals a A+ rating.

The balcony provided you with another living space due to the size. Cleanliness is the most important aspect to our family, and the condo was very clean. We had no issues with condo or facility. The parking garage is a little bit of a challenge due to size.

It was very nice and very clean and had the best view of the beach and so close to the pier. We ate and dined at the pier every night except the last night we ate at Wicked Wheel which has the best fried chicken I've ever had. I'm definitely coming back. So glad I found Greta's Beach Rentals because she saved me $850. Again, thank you for making our long awaited beach vacation wonderful.

Unit 1208 lived up to the descriptions & photos. Very clean. No smells at all. The furnishings were comfy & clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo as well as the spectacular views. We used the lovely balcony for both eating and viewing. Living room furniture and master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We also liked the amenities included. We will definitely consider coming back next year!!
