Our newest Cottage, located in Laguna Beach! Be one of the first to stay in this adorable cottage. Less than 1-minute second stroll to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches! Many of you are familiar with our cottages, we have 7 other properties in the same area. With over 700 Perfect Reviews, we love helping families plan their perfect vacation. Everything is fresh and clean; we wouldn't let any of our guests stay somewhere that we wouldn't stay. That's been our simple philosophy from the beginning, and we are happy to open our doors to your family.

This perfectly located beach cottage features 2 King Bedrooms with Super-comfy King Memory Foam Mattresses, Smart TV's, Central Heat & A/C, Solar, and endless hot water. There's a covered outside sitting & dining area as well as a Huge Fenced Back Yard to play in. Perfect for grilling and outdoor dining.

Pets are welcome upon request & fees apply.

We loved our stay! Our favorite home we’ve rented in the area. We all thoroughly enjoyed the covered patio area. My dogs loved the huge backyard. The home itself was gorgeous and had everything you need. It made our vacation easier traveling with a toddler and our two dogs. We would love to stay again next time we come down.

Best Beach Stay

We LOVE this property. The location is perfect. The beach is less than a 5 minite walk from the house. We liked being away from the busy area of town, but you are still close enough to run to town whenever you need to. We were able to bring our dogs with us, and the accommodations were perfect for pets. The backyard is fenced in, as well as the side covered porch area. We loved being able to sit outside with our dogs without having to worry about them getting out. We will definitely book this property again!

Adorable pet friendly beach one block away cottage

Wisteria Cottage is a beautiful, two bedroom home, with a big outdoor deck and back yard, one block from the beach. Everything from reserving, paying, arriving and checking out was seamless with ownership. They were on top of the whole process and provided check in details in advance. Away from the Spring Break madness but close enough to really good restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

Perfect Cottage

My husband and I needed a quick getaway to the beach. This cottage was perfect for our needs. We brought our two dogs for their very first beach visit and had a wonderful time. The yard was perfect for them to run around in and very secure. The beds were very comfortable and it was the perfect place for our needs. Outside cushions need updating, otherwise complete perfection!

Wonderful for our family of 4 and 2 dogs, plenty of room. The fenced backyard and outdoor shower made all the difference in the world. We will never stay in a hotel/condo again. Practically on the beach...!

Such a Blessing!

Wisteria Cottage! Cozy, quiet, only a short block from the beach. We love the decor! The plantation shutters along with the beach motif accents made for a serious “Beach” atmosphere. Which is so pleasant. And it was yellow flag at the beach all week! The water was perfectly clear with gentle swells, and that beautiful tropical turquoise color! It couldn’t be any better! Thank you so much for making it available to us. We really enjoyed our stay. We needed a break and this cottage made it great. Wisteria Cottage is our new favorite place. 2 bedrooms with Kingsize beds, very comfortable mattresses and clean linens. A full kitchen and comfy living room. We liked sitting at the breakfast bar in the mornings and out on the covered patio/porch with its rocking chairs and separate eating areas for coffee. There was always a nice breeze blowing so it was very comfortable and cool. The living room couch and big recliner chair for evening TV. There is plenty of seating (even though it was just 2 of us) for everyone including visitors. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and other kitchen appliances, even your choice of single cup coffee maker or a 12 cup coffee maker. The A/C was very chill even though we left it set at the 76 degree temp it was when we arrived. And clean! We are always weary about cleanliness … This place is spotless. This place is a must for anyone looking for a little peace and quiet escape to the Beach.

Just what our family needed

Wisteria Cottage was precisely what we were looking for. The location was phenomenal & away from all the dense crowds from Rosemary & Panama City Pier area. Access to the beach was the best we have experienced in our yearly Florida visits. Literally 2 minutes away from the nearest public beach access. We were all very appreciative of every detail throughout the cottage. Our family of 4 felt very comfortable with the accommodations & having a patio, grilling area & and outdoor sitting area added a lot more value to our experience. We also brought our two medium size doodles & the backyard was an absolutely perfect for them! We cannot wait to go back next year. This property checked off all the boxes for every single member of the family. Absolutely worth every penny! Thank you for hosting us! God Bless

The Perfect Cottage

We never wanted to leave this cottage. This cottage was beautifully decorated inside and outside and was stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed grilling in the covered outside area and the fenced in backyard. The beds were so comfortable! Beds can make or break your vacation. It’s hard to enjoy your trip if you can’t rest comfortably. Also, the walk to the beach was very easy. Honestly, I’ve had longer walks to the beach from gulf front condos. We can’t wait to come back to the Wisteria Cottage.

Beautiful Beach Bungalow!

We absolutely LOVED this house! The decor is perfect. The lawn and outdoor covered porch is perfect. Super close to the uncrowded beach on a quiet street in Laguna Beach. Well supplied with everything you need for a perfect beach visit.
