This home also includes a free beach setup with 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily and extra chairs and umbrella in the garage for larger gatherings!

Carillon Beach offers an unparalleled coastal experience with 3,900 feet of newly re-nourished, pristine sugar-white sand beaches that remain uncrowded year-round. This exclusive, gated community provides a tranquil escape featuring three community pools (two heated year-round, excluding June-October), tennis and pickleball courts, a children’s play area, a full basketball court, and a meeting house, along with select boutique shops and dining options, including a brand new coffee shop!

Holiday House boasts a prime location, just a five-minute drive to Rosemary Beach and 30AVENUE, places you close to upscale shopping and dining while remaining blissfully free of the heavy traffic often seen in other high-end areas. Buffered by Lake Powell and the state park, Carillon Beach ensures peace and privacy. Unlike neighboring communities, golf carts are allowed, making it easy to navigate and enjoy this charming seaside haven.

Carillon prioritizes the safety and security of its community. To support this, you must register every vehicle with SymLiv to gain access to this community and amenities. You will obtain a QR code/PIN number for easy access to all amenities. There is a $35 per vehicle fee due to SymLiv at time of registration. This fee is not included in your rental; it is an additional fee that is paid directly to the resort. In Carillon Beach, personal chairs and umbrellas can be set up close to the water. Canopies are allowed, but can be no larger than 10' x 10' and can have NO advertising/branding on them.
