Every detail has been carefully and intentionally designed for an unforgettable experience including the private pool, corn hole/bocce ball sand court, and breathtaking gulf views from the multiple balconies and rooftop deck.This home offers 7 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms and 3 half baths, and can comfortably accommodate 18 friends and family members. Additionally, this residence offers other activities like ping pong, foosball, and has two kayaks.

This home welcomes you with an outdoor space that is just as grand as the interior of the home. Enjoy a private, saltwater pool (can be heated for $65/day), comfortable lounge chairs, outdoor tv, and a sand corn hole/bocce ball court for a little family competition. Additionally, you will find an outdoor kitchen with a grill, countertop space and bar fridge. Covered seating and a dining table are also available.

The first floor offers two guests bedrooms each with a king size bed and their own private bathrooms. Next you will find a media room for relaxing after a fun day in the sun. There is a laundry room on this floor, an additional seating space with a view of the pool to keep an eye on little ones while relaxing with a puzzle, and a half bathroom for convenience.

The second floor opens up to a grand kitchen, living room, and dining space with gulf views that are sure to impress. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features top of the line Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, an oversized island with bar stool seating for 4 guests, and a butler's pantry for additional storage and countertop appliances. The second floor provides beautiful views of the water with wall-to-wall Euro doors that open up to allow the indoors to flow effortlessly into the outdoors.The balcony offers a bed swing, cozy seating for conversation and an outdoor dining table for morning and evening mealtime. The first master bedroom is located on this floor with a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. There are two bunk rooms on this floor, each with two twin over twin bunk beds (4 twins total) and their own private bathrooms.

The third floor of the home opens up to a comfortable media, lounge space that is complete with a foosball table. Enjoy a balcony with seating to see the water or catch the sunset. There is a wet bar for convenience. Furthermore you will find the second master bedroom on this floor with a king size bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The last guest bedroom features a king size bed and private bathroom. There is an additional laundry room on this floor and half bathroom.

Following the spiral staircase you will find a rooftop deck* with seating to comfortably enjoy the panoramic views of the emerald coast and white sandy beaches!

The office addition on the third floor, headed to the roof top deck, is off limits and for owner's use only.

- Parking for 4 vehicles.
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- No smoking/vaping policy. No illegal drug use policy.

*Supervision is required of anyone under the age of 18 on the rooftop deck; liability waiver will be signed via rental agreement
*Kayaks can be used at your discretion; Dune and homeowner are not responsible for any injuries or damage per rental agreement. Loss of kayak will result in $750/kayak.
*No sitting or pressing upon the glass on the pinball machine. Pinball Machine is not for guest use. Damage to the Pinball Machine will result in a fee.
*Elevator usage is not available for guests unless it is needed by an elderly or handicapped individual. Please contact Dune Vacation Rentals prior to the arrival date for such arrangements.

Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
