A stunning home just steps away from the best dining and shopping in Seacrest and Rosemary Beach! This home has incredible accommodations for 14 guests, including 4 beautiful bedrooms, 4 bathroom and large open floor plan kitchen, dining and living rooms.
This home is just a short stroll to the Emerald Coast's white sandy beaches. If you happen to get tired of the beach, dive into the 12,000 sq. foot community pool for hours of sun and swimming. Hop on one of the 4 bicycles provided to enjoy the close proximity to some of the best shopping and dining on 30-A. With everything just moments away at neighboring Village of South Walton, Rosemary Beach, or Alys Beach a scenic stroll or bike ride often makes the journey just as magnificent as the destination.
The location is ideal adjacent to 2 tram stops, 125 steps from the 12,500 sq. ft pool, and within walking distance to the beach. The lot backs up to the green space and walking path circling Seacrest.

**The primary renter must be at least 25 years old**
**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**
**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**
** As of January 1, 2022, Golf Carts are prohibited in Seacrest Beach. Violators will be fined by the HOA.**

First Floor - Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo
Second Floor - Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private en suite bathroom with soaking tub and stand-up shower
Second Floor - Guest Bedroom: Queen sized bed, shared bathroom
Second Floor - Bunk Room: Queen sized bed, and two sets of twin over twin bunk beds with pull out trundle on each, shared bathroom
