These include a fitness center, two community pools, (Northside 30A pool is heated during cooler months), and a great location next to incredible of shopping, dining, and entertainment at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub).

This spacious and beautiful home features a king suite on the 1st floor and an additional king suite on the top floor - a perfect setup if vacationing with grandparents. A king guest room and bunk room with sleeping for 4 in extra-long twin bunks round out the sleeping arrangements.

Enjoy how convenient it is to get to the beach at Deer Lake State Park, thanks to the 4 Taxi bikes supplied for your stay. Deer Lake was recently renovated to include lots of parking and updated restrooms. Bike or drive to the beach access in under 5 minutes (nominal daily entrance fees for the park do apply and are subject to change). Additional beach access is available to the East of the home at the Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access – only a 5-minute drive or bike ride from the home.
