OZsome Beach Retreat ~ Edgewater Tower 2 ~ 2 Bed + Bunks ~ Beachfront Sleeps 10

OZsome Beach Retreat is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath plus hall bunks located on the 8th floor in Tower 2. The balcony overlooks the pristine waters of the Gulf and white sand as far as the eye can see. A seasonally-heated pool is right in front of our tower, and we are just steps from the main lagoon pool, beach, Oceans restaurant, Starbucks, pizza parlor, sundry/ice cream shop, and more. The clubhouse, fitness center, tennis, and 9-hole golf course are just a stroll or tram ride over the private resort pedestrian bridge.

Within this beautiful condo is a full-sized kitchen with all new appliances and everything you need to prepare meals or snacks during your retreat at the beach. The dining area and living room have ample seating and a new 65” flat screen TV with DirecTV. The condo has a full size washer/dryer and free WiFi.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV with DirecTV service, and a walk in closet. The master has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in tiled shower. For our guest's needs we have a hand wand shower head, built in shower seat, built in night lights, hairdryer, and linens provided, including beach towels.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and twin/twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV with DirectTV, and a private entry to a newly updated bathroom with tub/shower combination with a hand held shower wand and built in night light. A hair dryer and bath linens are provided.

For our youngest guests, we have a pack n play and kitchen booster seat in the unit. We also have plastic tableware options and night lights built in through the condo.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and 2 leather chairs perfectly situated with floor to ceiling beachfront views! The bunk nook in the hallway has bunk bed twin over full beds. For family time without screens, we have an assortment of games and puzzles for guests, and for movie time without commercials or internet-dependent services, we have a collection of DVD movies as well. DVD players are located in both the family room and second bedroom.

The floor to ceiling windows across the living and dining room/kitchen provide breathtaking views of the gorgeous Gulf. And the location of the condo within the building is ideal to catch the morning sun as well as enjoy one of PCB's stunning sunsets. Enjoy it from behind the glass or step out to our private balcony to smell the salt air and hear the waves. The condo's door is just steps from the elevators, no long walks down the corridor to get to your doorstep!

This beachfront condo will comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The minimum age to rent is 25 (firm), and no pets/ESA are allowed by guests anywhere on Edgewater Resort property.

Having a keyless, coded lock, means direct and easy access to the unit for all members of your party without needing to remember a key. Details with keycode, address, directions and more will be emailed to guests approximately 10 days before check in.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is perfectly located along Front Beach Rd, and guests can access any of the fantastic restaurants, water parks, grocery stores and more and avoid the traffic of getting there. Across the street and walking distance are the Shoppes at Edgewater. Businesses there include Rock It Lanes which has bowling, roller skating and arcade, A spa and nail salon, Pink Pelican Ice Cream, American Charlie's, Cici's Pizza, and more restaurants. We're less than 5 miles to Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Zoo World and the new Dolly Pardon's Pirate's Voyage opening in 2025.

Our condo is drivable from many areas of the country but there is also an airport located about 30 minutes from Edgewater called Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) and the Destin airport (DES) is about an hour's drive. Both of these airports have Uber/Lyft services to Edgewater Beach Resort, and with so many options on site at the resort plus within walking distance, a rental car isn't necessary to still have a very full week of fun!
