For the most stunning of low-floor beachfront options in Panama City Beach, look no further than PCB Paradise at Edgewater.

This 2 bedroom / 2 bath beauty is located on the 1st floor in the quieter Windward building (only 6 stories) yet offers you all the amenities of PCB's only full-service resort.

Skip the elevator (if you prefer) and step inside to coastal chic and immediately soak in the amazing view of the Gulf from our floor to ceiling windows and private balcony. The spacious and comfortable living room allows you to relax and enjoy the beach view; it features a sleeper sofa. The full kitchen is stocked and ready for meals, snacks and drinks.

Our Master bedroom offers a king sized bed with ensuite bath that has a walk in shower and full closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed as well as twin bunks. With the sleeper sofa, PCB Paradise at Edgewater has an 8 guest maximum occupancy (sorry, no pets allowed at Edgewater).

To round out your convenience, we offer complimentary high-speed fiber internet and an in-condo washer/dryer.

The resort's minimum age to rent is 25 (firm). No pets, parties, or smoking allowed, Guest must sign a rental agreement and agree to a $300 damage hold placed on their credit card before the stay. Booking includes two parking passes; a 3rd is available upon request for $40 + tax/fees.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Loved the comfy recliners by the window! Great cozy place to watch the ocean during cold rainy weather. First floor is great because you don’t need to use elevator. Windward building is quiet.

Nationals Dance Competition

We stayed for my daughter’s nationals competition. The condo was within walking distance. As stressful as dance competitions can be it was nice to be able to come back and just chill and not have to worry about anything. The condo is seriously fully equipped with all the pans and utensils you could need. We didn’t end up eating in too much but at least we didn’t need to buy extras. Waking up to the view and sounds of the ocean is something I never get tired of. Jenny was so helpful with any questions and concerns. Never had a host be so quick to reply before. I have no complaints except we couldn’t stay longer.

Fun vacation

We had beautiful weather so we were able to enjoy lots of beach time and pool time. Condo location worked out well for us. 1st floor enabled us to use the stairs. The condo was well stocked with essentials. There were also beach chairs etc and beach towels !

Perfect for our family

This was a very nice unit in a kids-friendly resort. Easy access to the unit, good beach, well equipped kitchen, lots of beach toys provided, friendly staff, excellent communications with owner. Next time we plan a trip to this area, we'll definitely be checking the availability of this rental.

Spacious quiet condo

I rented this condo for the family. For myself, my sister and her husband and my daughter, her fiance and my grand-boy who is 18 months. Highly recommend to all. We truly enjoyed the location and the condo. The realtor/owner was available all the time. Great place and great communication at all times throughout our stay

Nice condo at Edgewater

We really enjoyed this property while on a trip for my daughter's dance team. I would recommend! Condo is light and bright. The second bedroom's bathroom is huge and renovated. We actually all ended up using that shower vs the master bathroom shower. On the far end of the Edgewater Resort so it is a little less crowded at the beach and also has a nice pool that is next to the building.

My Special One’s Trip

I just arrived back home from this lovely condo. I took my special-needs adult daughter and her former caretaker. We had a wonderful week and did not want to leave. The condo is perfectly located on 1st floor with amazing views of beach and sunsets. I will return to this condo and if you are looking for the perfect place - this is it. Also, the owners are amazing and so willing to assist in any way possible.

Excellent rental

Everything about our trip was wonderful. (Even with and approaching hurricane) Jenny was great to work with. Anything we needed she went above and beyond to help with. This unit was excellent for our family. Beautifully decorated and really clean. Had been many years since we stayed at edgewater and it was nice to see the resort has held up well. Would highly recommend this place for your next vacation.

Amazing Condo! :)

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of five! We’ve been coming to Edgewater for years and this was the best condo we’ve ever stayed in! The condo was super clean, in a great location (the 1st floor was great for little kids), and Jenny checked in on us throughout our trip! We plan on booking this condo for all future trips! :)

Wonderful view and comfortable condo

The condo was amazing! Well stocked kitchen, beautiful view and comfortable beds. The host was amazing and answered all of our questions! Will most definitely stay there again! Check in was a breeze and there was great communication as to how to access the property. Great stay.
