PCB Sunkissed at Edgewater is our newest property and ready to be your home away from home by the surf and sand at Panama City Beach's number one resort.

This 2 bedroom / 2 bath beauty is located on the 1st floor in the quieter Leeward building (only 6 stories) yet offers you all the amenities of PCB's only full-service resort.

Skip the elevator and step this gorgeous property that showcases the Gulf from floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony overlooking the sand and sunsets. The living area is large and allows you to relax and enjoy the view. Inside is a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and private WIFI. The full kitchen also looks over the water and is equipped with all you need for a relaxing getaway.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite bath that has a walk in shower and full closet. The 2nd bedroom has two queen size beds. With the sleeper sofa, PCB Sun Kissed at Edgewater has an 8-guest maximum occupancy (sorry, no pets allowed at Edgewater).

To round out your convenience, we offer an in-condo washer/dryer.

The resort's minimum age to rent is 25 (firm). No pets, parties, or smoking allowed, Guest must sign a rental agreement and agree to a $300 damage hold placed on their credit card before the stay. Booking includes two parking passes; a 3rd is available upon request for $40 + tax/fees.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

What a lovely stay at PCB Sunkissed! The property was clean and accommodating and we loved being just steps from the beach and pools. Jenny was san amazing host and always checked in and offered recommendations to make our stay memorable. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. We had 2 18 year old girls and a 10 and 12 year old girl and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very open and spacious. The location is perfect. Very close to the pool and beach access from there or beach access by the elevators which was also close by. The beach area in front of Edgewater was not crowded at all. Looking down the beach both ways there were alot more people than in our area. Very quiet and peaceful condo. The lagoon pool was a short walk. We would definitely stay there again. The owner checked in on us during our stay and everything was just as described. The views from the living room and kitchen was the cherry on top. It was so nice always having a beautiful view of the beach and enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony. Highly recommended, this family of six is very grateful we got to stay there.

Loved PCB Sunkissed!

The entire process from booking through departure was seamless. The room was very clean and my family commented on how fresh the condo smelled when we walked in the first day. Jenny checked-in with us to make sure everything was going well and she was also very responsive. I have stayed at Edgewater several times and this first floor condo in Leeward is in a great location. Close to the stairs adjacent to the pool between Leeward and Windward as well as the beach access from the pool. It is also a very short walk to the main lagoon pool and the pool at tower II. The parking at Leeward is also very convenient. I highly recommend PCB Sunkissed!

Amazing Property and Amazing Support!

We came here to celebrate the week of our 25th wedding anniversary and what a wonderful week it was.This place is a true gem. Classily decorated, clean and fully stocked with everything and more one might need. Add to that SUPER easy access with the condo on the first floor (one floor above parking), literally about 15 steps from our parking spot on the ground to the stairwell and about the same from the stairwell to the front door of the condo on the first floor. This was SO much better than most of the elevator issues we’ve experienced at other condos on the beach. The Leeward property itself has been around for a while but it is very well maintained with lots of options for pools and hot tubs. Guests from the Leeward have access to all the other properties within the Edgewater Resort complex which is pretty extensive. Not to mention all of the great restaurants and things to do literally within walking distance.We, of course, absolutely love our beaches but this one by our condo was far from the maddening crowd and, in my opinion, situated better than any in the Edgewater Resort complex. So pristine and peaceful this time of year with great weather to boot. Hard to believe it was snowing only a couple of weeks ago. The owner, Jenny, bent over backwards to make sure everything was just right for our special occasion. She went far above and beyond what we are used to with other past rentals to assure every detail was in order to ensure the best experience for us.

Fall break

We had a great get away for Fall break. The weather was absolutely perfect. Condo was very nice, clean and updated. Only issue was that our room was not ready at check in time. The cleaning lady was very nice and allowed us to leave our luggage inside until she was finished. Everything else was Great!!

Girls trip

Our annual girls trip did not disappoint. I believe this was one of our best views yet. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony. The condo was clean snd accommodating. The pool was close, and the beach was perfect. It was nice having an onsite restaurant, we didn’t have to leave the resort at all. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

So many great things about this condo! Clean! Lots of extra touches. And I needed an extra parking pass and was able to contact the owner in minutes to get one. By far my favorite condo at Edgewater!

Very clean and comfortable beach condo within a nice resort

The condo itself is very clean, comfortable, well outfitted and has a great view. The resort is a really nice setup with an incredible pool area and nice beach. The restaurant on property is very reliable and convenient. The management company was responsive and helpful. This condo is a great way to enjoy the resort. Other condos might not be as updated as this one so choose carefully.

Trip was wonderful! Great location. Awesome condo with beautiful views. Close to pools and beach. We had such a great time!! Jenny was so sweet and accommodating. PERFECTION!

This condo is total perfection! We had an amazing week at Sunkissed. Decor is beautiful, everything is just as pictured. Super clean condo and well stocked kitchen. So many extras everywhere we looked - extra toiletries (soap, shampoo, body wash, razors…. So many things!), cleaning supplies, small cooler perfect for beach or pool, beach towels and toys…. just wow. Jenny was super!! We received our parking passes via mail before the trip so we simply waved at the resort gate and entered right in. This condo is on the first floor, such easy access. We parked right outside the condo, walked up one flight of stairs and entered our door code and began enjoying our trip! No parking garage or elevator needed!! We had one issue during our stay that was totally out of owners control. There was a power outage in the area. I messaged Jenny and within minutes she had all the info including the time power was expected to be restored. Excellent communication! PCB Sunkissed is my absolute best condo my family has ever rented!
