This coastal inspired ground floor villa is conveniently located next to the conference center and pro shop in the Villas of Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. You'll love having plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa. Your open floor plan great room is decorated in subtle Florida tones with a sleeper sofa and two coordinating chairs. There is seating around the coffee table, too. You are sure to enjoy the wide screen TV with Roku streaming in HD for watching all your favorite programs. Don't forget to bring all your devices because we have Lux Speed WiFi throughout the property for your surfing enjoyment. The floor to ceiling windows look out to a beautiful view of the palm trees and a pond!

Step out on to your patio for coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Enjoy watching the ducks and turtles around the pond! There's plenty of outdoor seating for everyone.

The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. Your dining table seats 6 and there is additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The villa is well stocked with dinnerware, glassware, flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. The full size washer/dryer is located in the kitchen for your convenience. Best of all this kitchen has a great view!

This villa offers tranquility throughout. Your Pond View Main Suite features a king size bed with high thread count luxury bed linens and heavenly pillows. You'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Your private en-suite main bath has a tub/shower combo to rinse off a "hard day" at the beach. You'll love drying off with our fluffy high-quality bathroom towels. This suite has a sliding door that opens on to the main patio, too. There is a large TV with Roku Streaming to keep you entertained.

Your Tennis View Second Bedroom Suite is located beside the tennis courts and features two queen size beds with two separate closets and a covered patio of its very own accessible from its sliding glass door. Great views in this bedroom, too. You'll love the TV with Roku streaming. Your second bathroom has a private entry from this bedroom and also an entry from the hallway so that guests sleeping on the sleeper sofa also have access to this bathroom. Your second bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a single vanity and a toilet.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
