Guests feel the vacation ambiance immediately as they enter the porch area with its rocking chairs and comfy seating areas. Through the front door, the main living area extends the warm welcome, awash with earthy tones and textures, from the hardwood floors to the linen couch and leather club chairs. 

Under a beautiful modern chandelier, you can seat 8 for more formal meals and the kitchen island has seating for 3 more. The fully-equipped kitchen features everything the home chef needs to prepare fantastic meals. The living area has ample seating around a large Smart TV for relaxing family evenings.  The main floor also features a king bedroom, convenient hallway full bathroom and the laundry room.

On the 2nd floor, guests have another gorgeous king bedroom suite with access to the balcony, complete with a porch swing. The 2nd floor features a queen bedroom and a bunk room. These bedrooms have easy access to the hallway bathroom.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, Smart TV, balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks, shower, soaking tub.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks, Smart TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: Queen bed, Smart TV.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Guests can walk or take the shuttle to the beach, making use of beach chairs provided with the house, as well as the sparkling 12,000-square-foot pool which has several areas to enjoy. The showstopper of the area is the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool. With a waterfall, fountain, and children's splash area we know you'll find your perfect pool day at Seacrest. Surrounded by palm trees and poolside loungers, it might be hard to split your time between this pool and the beautiful Gulf.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
