Playa Azul Cottage is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. This charming cottage is just a short walk to the beach and offers convenient access to shopping, dining, and four community pools.


The home boasts a spacious private pool, surrounded by a beautifully designed pool deck that includes a shaded outdoor living area, a kitchen with a gas grill, and a peaceful backyard with native palmettos and scrub oak trees. A lovely courtyard at the front of the cottage features an outdoor dining room, perfect for al fresco meals.


Inside, the first floor includes a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Two guest bedrooms provide ample sleeping arrangements: one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a twin-over-twin bunk, both sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.


Upstairs, the open-concept living and dining area is adorned with exposed timber ceiling beams, hardwood floors, and a serene pastel color palette. The comfortable living area includes slipcovered sofas and chairs, along with a large dining table seating 8. The newly updated kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a marble waterfall island, premium appliances, and a 4-burner gas cooktop and range. French doors lead to a spacious deck overlooking the pool below, with a second set of doors opening to a balcony with shaded views of Rosemary Beach.


A third-floor loft offers a fun and cozy space for younger guests, featuring a queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and access to a small balcony with bird's-eye views of the beach and pool.


Additional amenities include four adult bikes for easy access to the beach and nearby pools.


Guests also have access to four community pools: the Coquina Pool, Sky Pool (with adult-only hours), Cabana Pool, and Barbados Pool, all open daily for your enjoyment.
