  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Condo was amazing and owner is very nice , accommodating , and great with communication. The resort itself is very large , the only issues we had were wait time for the elevators and having to park pretty far away late at night, however, the condo , pools , hot tubs , and access to the beach made up for this. Everything was great!

We had a wonderful vacation! We brought our two teenage daughters along with their friends. Condo exactly like described, communication with the owner was stellar and location was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to relax in front of the big screen tv or go off for privacy in the huge master bedroom. Exceptional!!!

Great Condo

We stayed in this condo the last week of April, and we loved it! It was very clean and one of the nicest 2-bedroom condos we've rented. Michelle was great to work with. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Amazing stay

Could not recommend this property more. Beautiful space and views. My wife and I took our 9 and 7 year old for spring break. Michelle (the owner) was awesome. We had an issue with the parking pass and she handled it in 5 min. That's all you can ask for is someone who cares about your experience and she definitely did. If you are reading a bunch of reviews just stop and book this one. You wont regret it.

Family/Senior Trip

After a long 2 day drive, this condo was the perfect place to land. Warm, welcoming, and impeccably clean, it exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice! The spacious living area features high-quality, comfortable furniture, and the ocean views from both the living room and primary bedroom are breathtaking.The kitchen was fantastic—well-equipped with great appliances, and the ocean view from the sink even made doing dishes almost enjoyable. We only used the elevator for unloading and packing, as the conveniently located stairways provided easy access to the pools, hot tub, ocean, and parking lot.The resort was ideal for our son and his friends (who were all staying at the resort), offering tennis, basketball, a gym, multiple pools, and hot tubs. He set off exploring within minutes of arriving, and we barely saw him except for meals—he had an unforgettable time!The host was incredibly responsive and kind, even when we had a minor mix-up on our end. We’re already discussing a possible return trip and would love to stay here again!

Summer vacation

Me and my friend enjoyed our stay. It was better than expected. Everything was beyond expectations and the communication with Michelle was amazing. Family Vacation

This condo is perfect! The owner provides her phone number and is very responsive. The condo is updated and beautiful (many at Edgewater are not updated and are managed by terrible companies). It’s located on the west end of tower 3 and is easily accessible from the stairway closest to the pool area. This is important because the elevators at Edgewater can be slow at times. The condo is incredibly clean and well stocked. Beds are super comfortable. They even provide laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags and plenty of linens for the kitchen and bathrooms. The furniture is the most comfortable furniture we’ve had at a VRBO. There are hooks everywhere to hang wet things to dry. The huge table is as awesome as it looks is the photos. We’ve already got it boomed again for next year.

Beautiful Property

My wife and I stayed for a month in this property and really enjoyed it. Being on the 2nd floor allowed us to come and go easily via the stairs without waiting for the elevator which can be crowded at times. The condo was impressive, furnished well and great views of the ocean. The only complaint outside of our host's control is the proximity to the hot tub which was just outside the master bedroom. It may only be a real issue over the Spring Break period (which was when we were there), but its technically open until midnight with quiet hours posted for 10pm. Neither of these rules were followed and the nightly parties were frustrating. Tired of calling security we bought a sound machine to help mitigate. The culprits were college and high school ages primarily so again this is probably more of a March/early April issue to be aware of.

Right on the beach, Fabulous Property Owner

Four adults shared this unit Jan-Feb, Front master BD, rear smaller bedroom, washrooms in each. Unit was as described and pictured, very nice decor, comfortable, TV's in living room and each bedroom, all the amenities we required and then some. Beautiful location right on the beach. Condo Host was absolutely excellent and kept in contact with us to ensure our stay was A+, which it was. The only thing that we didn't realize was the Tram was not operational during Jan/Feb so we had to drive to most areas. We would highly recommend this unit.

I love the beach

Property was lovely. Staff members at resort were very nice and helpful. The food at the hotel resort restaurant was very good. The service was good. Everything I needed was there. Convenient. The beach was just beautiful. Water was clear and warm . This trip was relaxing and just what I needed. I cannot wait to go back. Michelle was kind and helpful. I reached her easily. It was a great trip.

Took a mini vacation to surprise my almost 80 yr old mom. She truly couldn’t believe she was actually getting to stay in such a beautiful condo. Michelle was wonderful, so thoughtful and sweet. We have definitely found our new favorite place to stay in PCB!!!

The condo was super nice and very clean. Michelle was so awesome. She was always available when we needed her. The location was good. We had everything we needed in the condo it was very stock. I love have the options of different pools and private access to the beach. Which the restaurant was open a little later then 8pm. The trip was good.

Wonderful Condo with Spectacular View

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The view was terrific, and the apartment itself was so clean and inviting. That's not something you can take for granted these days. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Thanks for the thoughtful goodies you left for us. We can't wait to visit again.

Amazing stay!

Michelle is the best host we've had the privilege to coordinate with. The condo is well kept and quality is seen throughout the place. We will absolutely be revisiting this owner's property. Edgewater is a great location as well. Stop by and get your kids a spray designed shirt on site too. Those folks are lovely to chat with and do an amazing job.
