Coral Sands is a wonderful boho themed beach house located a short 750 ft stroll to the gorgeous white sand beaches of Panama City Beach! With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there is plenty of room to stretch out and entertain your family. The 1st floor is a whole in-law suite with its own kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The 2nd floor is where the hangout is, featuring the main kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and bathroom. A wrap around deck ties the second floor all together giving access to PCB's gorgeous weather and breathtaking views. Coral Sands is delightfully located close to some of the best dining establishments and 2 miles from Pier Park. Come enjoy your stay at our quaint boho beach house and enjoy the privacy of your own house with all the comforts of a fabulous location!

Amazing property

Very spacious, exactly as described! Wonderful home with a short walk to the beach. We loved the homey touch of having blankets provided. The beach wagon was very appreciated and we added some more beach toys to the collection.

Wonderful stay!!

Loved this house! Plenty of space for my party of 8 adults and I especially loved the mother in law suite. It provided privacy and an entire separate living space. Host was very accommodating and helpful!

Great stay in PCB

Great location, short walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and entertainment. It is in a quiet street and it’s definitely the best deal around. Beds were comfortable with tvs in every room. Kitchen downstairs and in middle floor are equipped with necessities. I don’t cook but we didn’t miss a thing. Some beach toys are included we didn’t take advantage but it was nice they were available. Definitely recommend renting this wonderful, spacious home with plenty of parking for large families. Owner communicated well and in a timely manner.

Such a great house!!

Me and 9 of my friends stayed in this house for about 6 days over spring break. I was worried about how any house could handle 10 college students, but it was so perfect... everyone had a place to sleep, and only a couple people had to share beds. The kitchen/dining room/living room space was great and open for everyone to hang out. It never felt crowded and we got great use out of the backyard and even the grill! Also, the location was perfect in my opinion! SUPER close walk to the beach (5 mins max) and a close drive to just about anything. Also was super clean and apparent the owner took his time to prep for us.... love this house, so many great mems made.

It was a very good week stay. There was plenty of room for the four of us. we expected others who did not make it but there would have been plenty of room. My only negative is that the door locks did not work on the glass doors and there were no dishes on the bottom floor. But overall it was a great choice.

Family Vacation

Thus home had everything needed to make our vacation GREAT! I was impressed with how spacious this rental was.......very nice! The proprty manager was easily accessible and very responsive. The only negative thing I would say is the stains on the furniture and carpeting but that is an easy fix.

Great location and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and they had a beach wagon and chairs to use. The house had lots of room and no one felt on top of one another. The only had thing I would have to say is I wish the floor had been cleaner.. mine and my toddlers feet were so dirty from the floor. But other than that everything was great! I would definitely stay here again, Jake was so easy to talk to and book the stay!

Great Girls Trip to end the summer!

This place was perfect for our group. Literally 2 blocks away from the Public Beach next to Splash resort, can easily walk to and from the house for lunch or anything else! We had a blast literally just relaxing. The double kitchen made cooking a home so much easier and everyone had their own space and plenty of common space. Check in was so easy, they responded to all my questions. I will definitely be returning to this VRBO because it was perfect!

So close to the beach!

It would take maybe 5 minutes to walk to the beach! It was super close and there’s a huge store right at the corner! A wagon was provided and that was a huge help!! I have nothing bad to say! Would love to stay here next time we come down!

Perfect Vacation!

This house is beautiful and in a great location! Very short drive to the main PCB strip. Easy walk to the beach and a wagon was supplied to carry our stuff. The house was very clean and welcoming. The lay out is great for multiple couples and or kids. There are board games and even a few seasonings in the cabinets, along with some coffee (thank you to whoever left it). We had one very minor maintenance issue pop up and it was handled immediately. Jake is fantastic and so nice! I highly recommend Coral Sands!

Cozy and clean

Nice, cozy cottage close to the beach. Liked the bedrooms on three floors and layout of the house - everyone had their own private space, but could still come together in the common areas. Nice to have a separate room for storing beach stuff. The owner was phenomenal - fast responses to questions and was able to let us check-in early. Would stay again.

Great house but it needed a lot of supplies from linens, towels, handsoap,dish washer tabs, pots ans pans for kitchen downstairs, cleaning products toiletries, kleenex,door floor matts we would stay there again now knowing what we need

Emerald Coast Cruizin Stay

We came down for the November car show. We enjoyed our stay here. Location was great and in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for the whole family. Jake was easy to get in touch with and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
