From the front of the home, you'll walk up to the 2nd-floor open concept space. You're immediately greeted with an incredible entertainment area framing a large TV and electric fireplace. Head further in and you'll be amazed by the kitchen. If you love to cook, then this is the home for you: top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of counter space, double ovens, and wonderful sightlines to both the dining area and entertaining area. Off both the front and back of this floor are beautiful balcony spaces. Finishing off this level is a convenient half bathroom plus an office area. The Inlet Beach neighborhood, Twin Palms, is perfectly located next door to Rosemary Beach and within a few minutes of all the other unique South Walton beach communities. With the opening of the underpass for foot traffic, which goes under highway 98 and allows pedestrians and bikes to safely cross from the north to the south side without dealing with cars, accessing Rosemary Beach is now even easier. This also provides a more convenient way to walk to the beach and nearby shops. You'll find no shortage of things to do with a stay at Majestic Palm.

Beach Access:
Head back out of the neighborhood towards Wall Street. From the north side, take Wall Street Across Hwy 98 where it will end at your Beach Access, Wall Street Public Beach Access.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
