Your group will enjoy spreading out in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 6 and has an enormous 27 X 10 ft balcony on the 20th floor! The views from the Living area, Master bedroom and balcony are mesmerizing! Get lost while viewing the horizon from a lounger and enjoy the gorgeous sunset everyday!
This condo has been completely remodeled and has all new furnishings, so everything is fresh and up to date! The cottage chic decor is highlighted with lots of natural sunlight because of the high ceilings (10 feet) and full-sized sliding glass doors. The kitchen is well-equipped and ready for any meals/snacks you would want to prepare. The bar area has ample seating for 3 and the dining table seats 6. There is a laundry room for your convenience. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and bunks that are twin over twin. There is a TV in this room and you have entry to the bathroom that has a tub shower combo. The Master bedroom has a King bed, 55' TV and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double vanity. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, a large sofa and a 65' TV for entertainment when you are not down below at the Gulf or the beautiful pool and hot tub area. There is also an indoor pool. This condo is perfectly outfitted for your group's getaway to the beach. The best accommodations to experience the sparkling waters of the Emerald Coast!

Great condo/Location

The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything you could need for cooking and having a night in. The view was absolutely amazing and I spent most of my mornings on the balcony. Can’t beat the location it’s right on water and the strip. Only thing I would recommend is a makeup mirror and a hard floor vacuum(both you could live without). Would absolutely stay here again if we come back!

A piece of heaven

The condo was everything you would look for. We loved that you could walk everywhere and keep your car parked. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing and the amenities just make it even better! Would totally stay here again!!!!

We were very pleased with the condo. Our only issue was the living room furniture needs cleaned. It was full of cat hair csusing issues for us. But would tell everyone to rent your place and will do so mysrlf on my next trip to PCB Thank you for loanning us such a beautuful place. Lilli

9 day get away

We have stayed in this unit before and loved it. Our luck they were renovating next door “ jack hammering” floors vibrating, loud. Matt with best beach get always quickly moved us to another unit on the top floor. Very nice unit. we enjoyed our stay

Family Vacation

The condo and balcony was great. The elevators was not working on our parking level for the first 2 days after that they finally fixed it. Only 2 of the 3 elevators was working so was a longer wait most times.

Marvelous PCB getaway

Loved. Loved. Loved. This condo. It had all the critical things for me, great view, great porch, great internet, toilets that work, baths with water pressure that drain… on and on. It really was a nice place that was well decorated and very comfortable. Beds were great. Furniture was good. We really enjoyed ourselves and are ready to come back. Thank you for sharing this great property. I just want to come back soon. It seems it was really all as promised.

Anniversary weekend

The condominium itself was very nice..great view..but it was not clean for the amount they charge for cleaning fee..the top comforter was dingy and had a smell as if five different ppl had slept on it..and flosser was left in the kitchen chair..the bed skirt/ cover on the the box spring was filthy all the way round wit big brown spots..had to throw one of the pillows on the floor had brown stain and it smelled.the floor was full of sand when we got there..a dirty hand towel hanging in the bathroom..i itched the whole weekend jus knwing it wasnt cleaned like it should hv been.. NOT CLEAN AT ALL for the price they charging for cleaning fee..my husband didnt even sleep on the bed😒

We had the absolute best time in this condo! Very tastefully decorated. Conveniently located near all the great local places to eat and visit. The condo itself was very well stocked, came with a small bottle of dishwashing soap, 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, a roll of paper towel and 2 rolls of toilet paper to start you off. I can’t even express how beautiful the view is from the 20th floor of this condo! It was spectacular! I can promise you will not be disappointed with this property! We had the best time and definitely plan to come back!

Awesome Place

This is one of the best VRBOs I have ever stayed in. The huge balcony was my favorite part and the high Adirondeck glider chairs looking out over the ocean was the perfect start to the day. The unit was very spacious (especially for just me) and it was very tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and so was the living room furniture. This was also one of the clearest beaches I've ever been to. Not a drop of seaweed and you could go out waist deep and still see your feet clearly (it was good because after a storm one night there were many jellyfish in the water!) Some nice shopping and hiking areas nearby. I did a sunset dolphin cruise which was nice. You can skip the Alligator Airboat Ride - we saw zero gators. The only thing that was a little unnerving was the parking garage - the turns are tight and so is the parking space. It wasn't crowded when I went so not a big deal but if you have an oversize vehicle you may want to park across the street in the overflow area. Overall, highly recommended!

20 th floor view is amazing!!! Property has everything family needs to stay for a week.Better cleaning crew needed - floors feels like they were never cleaned but this little inconvenience is lost in the all awesome things. Beach service needs to be organized better-service guy is there only in the morning to collect money for chairs and umbrellas but then disappears.

Highly recommended!! Amazing location/EasyBeach Access

This was our first time at Panama City Beach and lets just say it is so beautiful. We felt safe always. There are 3 fast elevators. So hardly no wait times at all. The view from this condo is breathtaking. This is my most favorite condo now that I have ever stayed in and We vacation a lot. We will be back!! I loved the easy beach access. Plus the pool and hot tub were very clean. This condo comes with your own parking spot daily that is labeled in the parking garage. The staff were all super friendly. I just can’t say enough about how of an amazing vacation we had. We definitely did not want to leave. The beds were all super comfy. Don’t question just book. You won’t be disappointed :)

Nice condo, terrible management

The condo itself exceeded our expectations except that the dryer did not work. It may not seem like a big deal to most but, with 3 kids and needing to dry our beach towels everyday, it was a huge inconvenience for us. We notified maintenance the first day and they never even came and looked at the dryer out of our 9 days there. They said they were sending another company one day and gave us a 2 hour window. We waited in the condo from 1 to 3 that day wasting our precious time away from the beach and no one ever showed up. I called them again the next day and they said they would look into it. Never heard from them again. Then, one night, the people in the condo above us were yelling, stomping around, and partying on their balcony until 1am so we called the after hours number numerous times with no answer. I left a voicemail and no one ever called back. We eventually had to call the police. The next day, I called to tell them I wanted to leave and I wanted my money back because my family was up all night that night. They have never returned my call to this day. The elevators are a different nightmare. At least one if not 2 of the 3 were broken down everyday causing extreme delays and we got stuck in one of them at one point on the 20th floor. The beach chair service was also terrible. It wasn’t included in this condo so we paid extra and the person who ran it was too busy surfing or doing whatever else he was doing to help with anything. Then, if we weren’t standing at our chairs to get our things when he came to put them away, he would throw all of our things in the sand. I would never stay in this condo building again and will be careful to never rent from Best Beach Getaways ever again.
