Welcome to our stunningly beautiful PENTHOUSE unit on the 12th floor. You will be amazed at the panoramic views of the gulf on your PRIVATE balcony.

We've limited occupancy to 2 adults only so we can keep it in absolutely pristine condition. We've hired the most conscientious cleaning service to do a DEEP clean of our unit, and we maintain it to the utmost quality!

For just a few dollars more, you can pass on the mediocre and stay in one of the most beautiful PENTHOUSE units on the beach, relax in LUXURY and enjoy your private balcony!

We spent several years looking for a condo that had a spectacular view and great beach location. When we found this one and stepped inside we were stunned by the view of the Gulf of Mexico....it took our breath away and instantly we knew this was the one!

The Sunbird has just undergone a complete renovation and looks gorgeous!

For our Penthouse, we opted for a modern look, avoided the cliche "beach" decor because the view is so bold and so beautiful you need no additional reminder that you're in beach heaven.

Equipped with everything you'll need for a pampered vacation, you can start your day with coffee brewed from our complimentary Latin American whole bean coffee startup kit. The professional grinder is all setup, all you need to do is press the button and grind what you need. If you prefer Keurig, we've added that too along with a kettle for those who prefer Tea.

Enjoy breakfast on the large PRIVATE balcony prepared in your fully equipped kitchen.

Situated in the EAST tower, we're tucked away in a more private and quiet area of the beach while giving you spectacular views night and day.

Are you a foodie? Not to worry, while there are some great dining places nearby such as Saltwater Grill, don't limit your dining and shopping experiences to the local beach area.....famous Rosemary Beach is only minutes away for the finest of dining and shopping. For a fun experience, famous Pineapple Willies is just a few minutes walk.

Before retiring to bed, sit and watch a movie on the new 65" smart TV with full cable TV. In addition to premium cable TV, WiFi is included too.

Exhausted from walks on beach, you'll then settle into bed on a new high quality Queen mattress with top quality linens for a good nights rest.

As seasoned world travelers, we took our experiences and designed this unit to pamper and accommodate all your needs.

We've even included a welcome package with bottled water, soap, shampoo and moisturizer.

A Gourmet coffee package is included so you can relax on your first morning, and ready to be ground for a sensational cup of coffee while you enjoy the sunrise.

This unit even includes a blender in case you want to make some great smoothies for the beach.

Beautiful glassware is on hand for wine and beverages.

As in the title, we've reserved 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach for you each day (March - October). All you need to do is go down to the beach and request it.

We've hired the best and most professional cleaning crew around and go above and beyond to have a pristine unit for ourselves and our guests. Between each visit they do a DEEP clean.

This is our second home, please be respectful and maintain it like it were yours so we all can have an incredible experience.
