Enjoy a 3 bedroom 4 bath townhome in Gulf Highlands Resort! Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, this spacious townhome has room for the whole family. Centrally located in Panama City Beach, Gulf Highlands is a gated, family-friendly resort with 11 pools, mini-golf, tennis courts, playgrounds and shuffleboard. Enjoy shopping and dining at Pier Park, just a few miles away. Of course, there are plenty of seafood restaurants close by as well!

You’ll find all the comforts of home with high-speed wifi, smart tv’s in every bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The open dining and living room has plenty of space to watch tv, play games or read. There is an enclosed porch and outdoor patio that backs up to the canal where you can feed the fish and turtles. The largest pool in the complex is a short walk from our front door.

**Must be 21 to rent due to HOA complex restrictions.

The property is NON-SMOKING.

Quiet Hours are 11pm to 7am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Rental Agreement MUST be completed.
We have a front door security camera aimed at the parking spaces. This is to provide security and footage in case of any incidents.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We had a great stay at this property. The host was welcoming and allowed us to check in early so that we could enjoy a college football game with friends. They provide several beach items to use, which was very accommodating, if needed. The reason I gave a 4 star rating is because I need a washer and dryer to work, as laundry is a big need of mine. The dryer wouldn’t dry clothes unless cycled 3x on 60 minutes each time. I asked the host about it and he said to move the dryer away from the wall, which we had already done. He said he had just had it serviced and he apologized for my inconvenience but didn’t offer to have it fixed. It didn’t help our situation, and I also didn’t get to do much laundry. That was my only complaint, otherwise the condo is very nice.

Family Summer Vacation

Great vacation getaway. The condo was located a gated community. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The host provided beach chairs, wagon and beach toys. The pool was very close to the condo located 50 yards away. The property was exactly as described, very clean, and the location was perfect for our needs. Trent was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Grantham vacation

What a great getaway! We were right at the beach without having to pay beachfront prices. A 3 minute walk and we were in our lounge chairs.3 full bedrooms pkus 3.5 baths. Spacious and comfortably. Not interested in sand? A nice pool is less than 50 yards away.Highly recommend!

Family vacation and baseball tournament!

Our family had a wonderful eight night stay in this lovely condo. It was clean, well maintained, comfortable beds, private bathroom in each bedroom with nice thick towels provided. Beach towels were also provided along with beach chairs, toys, beach cart, etc. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook our meals. The owner really does a great job providing everything needed for your stay! He is quick to respond if you should have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this condo for your home away from home if you are traveling to the area and looking for a great place to stay!

Annual family vacation

Very nice, modern condo. Location is great. Only 5 minute walk to beach. All the amenities included make it feel like home. Everything works great and plenty of creature comforts included. Enjoyed a week for kids our spring break. Condo had more than enough room for my family of five. Three bedrooms with three full bathrooms. It was well stocked and close to the beach and the larger pool. Owner was easy to work with and get ahold off. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Great place for family!

This was a terrific space for our family of 5. We made use of the heated pools since weather was too cool for swimming at the beach. Had we wanted to play at the beach, EVERYTHING we could have possible needed was in the home for us. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for family to gather together or retreat to separate spaces. I appreciated the easy, fast communication with Trent. We were right in the middle of all the attractions we came for. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place

We had a great Time. The place was as described. It was clean. Had all utensils needed, and was also close to the beach. It has numerous pools to enjoy playgrounds for the children, tennis courts, Pickleball courts and an 18 hole mini golf course. I would highly recommend this place.

Family Vacation

The townhome was very clean. It was a fully equipped kitchen. The owner provided beach chairs and umbrella for the stay. The owner always responded to my emails within minutes. Super fast and efficient. The beach access was less than 3 minute walk. I would say this was the best townhome/condo we have stayed and would highly recommend. The townhome had three rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us. We will be back.

Everything was wonderful! Tips for future renters: Master bedroom stays very light. If you have a light sleeper, have them take the queen or bunk room. Both stay very dark. Condo comes with all beach accessories, including umbrella, which was way more useful than the shibumi shade we brought. Beach had low wind. We are used to South Carolina beaches Which are very windy and shibumi are common. Trent was great to work with. Very responsive and accomodating.

A Great Getaway

This was perfect for what we needed! We loved how close it was to the beach and the pools! We enjoyed meals at the Clubhouse and reading by the beach pool. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed from cooking to spending time at the beach! It even had pickle ball equipment to use at the new pickle ball courts! Trent was great to work with. Good memories! We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Staying at Sandpiper Retreat

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sandpiper Retreat, and I cannot express enough how fantastic my experience was. First and foremost, the property was impeccably maintained. The attention to detail was evident in every corner. The bedrooms were cozy and provided a restful haven after a day of exploring the surrounding area. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the dining area was perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends. The property's location was another standout feature. It was conveniently situated near the beach and nearby attractions, restaurants, and activities for kids, making it easy to explore the area.

Nothing short of perfect

We were in town with family for my husbands Ironman. First, the location of the home was perfect… perfect as in walking distance to the beach and amenities around. As far as the Ironman at pier park, it was so great, we weren’t in the heart of traffic and mess, but close enough to get there fast, and the running route went right past the neighborhood. As far as Trent, he was an absolutely wonderful host. Accommodated everything for us. The house was perfect and on a little waterway which was such a lovely surprise. The house was clean and each room had its own full bath. The pool nearby was completely under construction, but that won’t last long and the pool will be brand new! My whole family LOVED the property. I don’t have enough good things to say. Heck, even the neighbors were amazing that just got down as snow birds.
