  • Welcome to the Sea Spray Studio, the most convenient and affordable way to enjoy all that Edgewater offers. Near the heated pool and lots of dining plus overlooking the gorgeois golf course, the pedestrian bridge to the beach and more Edgewater amenities is just steps away.

    You'll relax in a spacious living area equipped with a sleeper sofa while you take in the incredible view of the resort's iconic 8th hole island green. Step out the sliding doors to the covered patio and bring your coffee for a peaceful start to each day. A queen bed faces a smart TV, and the lightning fast WIFI offer inside entertainment and keep you connected.

    Our kitchen provides all you need for meals and snacks including a stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig duo coffee maker for a full pot or just a cup, blender, toaster, and more. Dishware, utensils and cookware are at the ready to serve. And when ready to nosh, the bar has seats for 4. A stackable washer and dryer round out conveniences.

    Outside, you are mere steps from the seasonally heated pool (min 84°F year-round). Beyond our gates, explore a multitude of walkable dining options—from NY-style pizza to high-end seafood. We're perfectly situated between Front Beach and Middle Beach Roads, less than 5 miles from Pier Park, making it easy to enjoy the area without heavy traffic.

    Important Policies:

    ~ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
    ~ No pets or ESA allowed.
    ~ No smoking or parties allowed.
    ~ A signed rental agreement and a $200 damage deposit hold (released upon uneventful checkout) are required prior to arrival.
    ~ Booking includes resort fee and one parking pass; an extra can be purchased for $50 + fees/tax.

We traveled as a family of 4. Two adults and two children age 7 and 7 months. The open floor plan gave us lots of space. Our 7 year old slept on the pull out bed without issues. We had plenty of space to leave our pack and play up at all times. Open floor plans like this can be tricky with small kids but for the price and location it was doable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking etc. I would recommend if you are bringing young kids you may want to have kid approved cups on hand. The bathroom and vanity space are outdated but have everything you need. The washer and dryer worked great!!! We also enjoyed the patio space and had ducks and other wildlife visit right up to the doors!! My daughter loved this!! The host was very easy to contact and quick to respond. The onsite pool was such a quick walk for us, very clean and family friendly. We did venture over to the towers and beach front pools as well. The tram was easy to access and moved quickly. The villa is very close to a tram stop. We would stay here again!
