Welcome to your beachside paradise at the Shores of Panama in Panama City Beach, Florida. This charming condo offers comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests, making it perfect for a family getaway or a fun trip with friends.

The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, providing a restful retreat after a day of sun and sand. With its own private bathroom, convenience and privacy are at your fingertips. Enjoy the large TV with HD DirectTV and 80 channels when it's time to settle in for the night.

A cozy bunk room awaits, complete with a set of twin bunks and its own private bathroom featuring a convenient stand-up shower. This space is perfect for kids or young-at-heart adventurers.

The living area is designed for relaxation and versatility. There is a large TV with DirectTV and 80 channels. The TV stand converts into a cozy queen-size bed.

Cook up delightful meals in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table for four, perfect for intimate meals or lively conversations.

Step onto the balcony and be greeted by stunning views of the pool area and the majestic Gulf of Mexico. Condo 1902 is located on the 19th floor.
$75 registration fee on-site for 1 parking permit and 6 property wristbands.
*This condo is self-check-in but you will need to stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up your registration packet.
The armbands give you access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico.

* Covered on-site parking deck, vehicles with a height exceeding 6' 11" AND OR length exceeding 19ft are NOT permitted in the parking garage.

Important things to know
*Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
**Registered guest occupying the condo must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit or debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.
