Notice: Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, it may be loud and disruptive. Construction noise begins at 8:00am and ends at 5:00pm.

Check out Shores of Panama 726, a pristine and modern condo that offers the charm of a friend's beach house with the amenities and location of a five-star hotel. This spacious and cozy condo offers one bedroom and two bathrooms for up to six people people. Just because it has one 'bedroom', it doesn't mean there isn't enough space for a small group to spread out, make food, watch TV, play board games, and have a few drinks together in the evening.

Living Area

As soon as you enter the Shores of Panama 726, you will notice the cozy furnishings and pristine location. The living room features a comfortable reclining loveseat and cozy queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy the gulf view from the sitting area.

Outdoor Balcony

You can walk to the private balcony, which is just a few steps from the living room couch. Open the sliding glass door, head out onto the balcony, and feel the cool ocean breeze on your face. Sit in one of the chairs or bring out some appetizers to the round table to sit and enjoy an al fresco meal in the warm weather.

Modern Kitchen

The kitchen features an oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee pot, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and cups need to enjoy dinner in the condo.

Dining Area

The dining area features a 4 seat high-top table with bar seating for 3.

Bunk Area
The bunk area features a twin/twin bunk setup with a private bathroom and shower.

Bedroom
The bedroom has a very comfortable king-sized bed, plenty of storage with a large dresser, a wall-mounted TV, closet, and private bathroom.

Summer vacation

The room was great, just as pictured! The only thing you might want to consider is if you have someone in your family or yourself that is handicapped and can’t walk a long ways… it’s a long walk to the car garage because the room is on the complete opposite side and takes 3-4 minutes to walk, but its not a far walk to elevators to go down to the pool/beach because there is a set of elevators closer to the room. We absolutely loved the room, and it’s not that we regret our decision but prior to booking, if we would have known how far the room was to walk to the car garage, we might have booked a different room. My grandmother has a bad knee and couldn’t walk much and made it less convenient for her. But she loves the room anyways. I know there are some people who can be less capable of walking that far of a distance. Also, more blankets and pillows for the couch bed would’ve been nice. Other than that it was beautiful, you can see the ocean. Everything worked. It was clean and the room has Alexa so we played some music while straitening up or cleaning which I thought was very nice! They had live music down by the pool at night and we would go our on the patio to listen to it and it was overall great experience.

Shores of Panama July 2023

We loved our stay! It was our second stay with Shores of Panama. Loved the view of the pool and ocean as all units, but also the view to the west as well of the strip up Thomas Drive and Front Beach. Adore the pool. The only downfall of the site is the eleavators. Property manager was friendly and quick to answer any questions. We'll definitely be back.

Great condo in bad location

This condo was great for our family, had all we needed, great space, everything was what we wanted. Everything around it was terrible for our family and we learned a lesson in booking condos. This building is too large to accommodate the residents with the number of elevators so if you stay on the upper floors or can’t take the stairs, expect to wait at least 30 mins for an elevator if you try to go up with a crowd. Maybe it is suited for younger adults, teens, etc but every night there was a huge crowd of kids on the beach, yelling, fighting, etc. Not the best atmosphere for my young kids to try to go catch crabs at night. My kids loved the pool area but again, for the number of rooms at this condo, no way they can put out enough chairs so you have to put your belongings in no man’s land and watch for someone to leave to snag a chair. If you don’t mind the crowd and go to party, maybe this is the place for you.

Nice visit

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The room was very nice and spacious with a beautiful view. It was really beneficial that our parking spot was close to the room. Our only complaint is that when we arrived the TV in the master bedroom was unplugged and when plugged up, the TV made a squealing sound and one not come on.

Panama City Beach Vacation

Shores of Panama is a beautiful condo and very spacious. The only negatives was the TV didn’t work in bedroom. The parking garage is a pain to get in and out. We were on the 7th floor. Elevators were packed and hot. Other than that the facility is beautiful and we loved staying there.

Trash everywhere

Empty beer cans everywhere, at least 100 visible rat traps , security only cares about parking permits and wristbands, don’t bat an eye at all the underage drinking, cleaning staff is lazy as hell barely clean the rooms and definitely not the rest of the place , and good luck finding anyone working there to speak clean normal English ain’t happening, doughnut ladies were nice , I get it it’s PCB but if your over 35 just stay somewhere else

We truly enjoyed this condo we have stayed at the shores in the past and the elevators are busy so the same level parking spot comes in super handy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here n the future.

Disappointed

The condo was dirty. Cleaners didn’t dust there was sand on the surfaces. Mirrors wasn’t cleaned. The fitted sheets on the bunk beds wasn’t changed. The comforter and shams in the master was nasty along with the blanket they left for the sofa sleeper. Mattress cover on sofa bed was dirty. I had to rewash the linens and dishes. There was only 5 towels and 1 wash rag. Hair dryer in the guest bathroom on the wall very inconvenient if your staying in the master. Resort is a nice complex, it’s a party place lots of yelling off the balcony at night. This is the first time and the last that I stay here.

Would never stay here again

The condo as a hole looked run down. There was a very bad odor when we arrived and lasted the entire time even after we cleaned. We had to wash the bedspreads. The elevators were almost never available. We had to purchase 2 parking permits. One for the parking garage which should have been free since we staid there, and then another to park down the road for our second vehicle.

Overall, good experience

The listing was as described. Couldn't ask for a better location right on the beach with a beautiful pool area. The reason for the 4 stars is because the condo itself was not as clean as expected. The sheets didn't look washed and areas of the floors were sticky like it may not have been mopped. Overall, we would book again as we typically re-clean when we first get in condos anyways.

The property was nice and in the beach, our room had a enough room for all 6 of us with 2 bathrooms . Wasn't as clean as ibwould have liked when we arrived but a quick run thru of cleaning helped out . Dryer had stopped working before we arrived unfortunately but a whole new washer and dryer was delivered on Sunday. Which was our last day so that put us doing all laundry thag day. They were very easy to contact and quick to get back to us on any questions. Over all we enjoyed our stay .

Beach Stay

This room had a great view, however, the door walking in was completely messed up. There was rust and mud all over the floor from where it scraped continuously. There was a make shift door piece that wouldn’t stay in place so there was gap to be able to see outside. The floor was not swept, even though you have to pay a cleaning fee. Coffee pot has mold/mildew in it. For the most part it was a decent room but could use lots of maintenance and cleaning.

Nice Room,Terrible Complex

Overall our room was very nice and as pictured. There was a hole in the main bedroom and maintenance wanted to repair while we were there. There was also a water leak that we had to call maintenance to come fix. The last night our door lock broke and we had to jump through hoops to find someone that could help us get into our room. The elevators and parking at Shores of Panama are ridiculous. Like I said, the condo its self was okay, but we will never be back to stay at The Shores of Panama.

Condo was great & conveniently located to stores & restaurants.

Condo & resort were clean. Elevators were slow at times & the parking deck was a little hard to maneuver. Great location for young adults or teens but a little too crowded for families with small children.
