Täydellinen koti perhelomailuun ~ useita peitettyjä kansia

Kun etsit seuraavaa pakoasi Emerald Coastin kauniille, hiekkavalkoisille rannoille; älä katso kauempana kuin ”Korjauskeino”. Tämä upea lomakoti, joka sijaitsee viehättävän Scenic Highway 30A -kadun itäpäässä Seacrest Beach -yhteisön yhteisössä, on parannus jokapäiväiseen bluesiin! Tämä mahtava neljän makuuhuoneen, neljän kylpyhuoneen koti on täydellinen perheen lomallesi, koska siinä on kaksoismestarit! Toisen ja kolmannen tarinan kuistit kodin edessä ja takana muodostavat yli 1400 neliöjalkaa ulkoterassitilaa ja ovat erinomaisia nautittavaksi aamukahvinne. Kolmannen kerroksen takakuistilla on hyvin varusteltu ulkokeittiö, iso terassi, jossa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja ja kauniit näkymät Meksikonlahdelle!

Koti sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla Scenic Highway 30A: n vieressä Seacrest Beachin edessä Rosemary Beachin ja Alys Beachin välissä. Olet viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä (1500 jalan päässä) upottamalla varpaitasi pakkasen valkoiseen hiekkaan. Jos et halua kävellä, Seacrest Beach -yhteisö tarjoaa kattavan raitiovaunujärjestelmän, joka vie sinut oven edessä sijaitsevalle pysäkille ja pudottaa sinut rannalle kulkevalle kävelytielle. Jos tarvitset tauon rannalta, mutta haluat silti nauttia hauskasta auringossa, siirry sitten 12 000 neliöjalkaisen laguunialtaan päälle - suurin uima-allas 30A: lla! Kun löysit uima-altaan äärellä, nouta jotain syötävää ja joitain jääkylmiä juomia Seacrest-kahvilasta!

Hauskan päivän rannalla tai laguunialtaalla ryöpymisen jälkeen jaa herkullisia aterioita perheesi ja ystävien kanssa yhdessä monista ravintoloista lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Jokaisessa lähellä olevassa Alys Beachin, South Waltonin kylän ja Rosemary Beachin yhteisöissä on joukko fantastisia ravintoloita, jotka tarjoavat ruokia, jotka vetoavat jokaisen makuun. Aterian jälkeen selaa lähellä olevia kauppoja löytääksesi täydellisen muiston suosikki rantalomaasi!

Päivän lopussa, kun olet valmis lataamaan akkuja, ”Korjauskeino” sisältää juuri tarvitsemasi. Ensimmäisen kerroksen päälliköllä on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone täysikokoisella suihkulla ja kylpyammeella. Ensimmäisen kerroksen vierashuoneessa on queen-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa suihku / amme-yhdistelmä. Toisen kerroksen kerrossänkyssä on kaksi erillistä vuodetta täydellä kerrossängyllä ja kaksi vyötäröä ja pääsy toisen kerroksen kylpyhuoneeseen, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä. Kun nouset kolmanteen kerrokseen, sinulla on toinen päällikkö, jolla on pääsy kolmannen kerroksen kylpyhuoneeseen, jossa on seisova suihku. Kolmannen kerroksen asuintilassa on queen-vuodesohva.

House was okay. Kitchen pots and pans could use an upgrade. bikes were supposed to be available but we couldn't get to them because of construction next door. We also encountered a few roaches in the house. Very disappointed in that. Beds were comfortable.

Very good place to bring the family

Great Spot for Two Families – Just One Small IssueWe had a great stay at this home in Rosemary Beach! It was spacious and well-suited for two families with elementary and middle school-aged kids. The layout gave everyone room to spread out, and the bathrooms were excellent – clean, modern, and plentiful. The kitchen was also very good and had everything we needed for cooking meals at home.The only downside was that the outdoor grill wasn’t working during our stay, which was a bit disappointing since we were hoping to grill a few nights. Other than that, the house worked really well for our group and we’d consider staying here again!

Great house for our group

This house worked perfectly for our group of 12 made up of 3 families. The 6 kids loved the bunk room (though it was a bit tight with both the trundles rolled out) and the parents all got their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is an easy walk to shops and the beach which made up for being on a bit of a noisy road. (Only 1 bedroom faces the busy road.) The older kids loved the bikes and being able to explore the neighborhood on their own.

Lovely Seacrest Beach Birthday Weekend

We enjoyed our long weekend in Seacrest Beach at the Remedy. House is beautiful, as is Seacrest Beach. Do wish the house had better furniture in the main living area.

Perfect house & location!!!!!

We absolutely loved the house and enjoyed our stay!! The property managers were super prompt & helpful whenever we reached out to them with questions. The location of the house is perfect with close proximity to the beach, pool, coffee shops & restaurants!! The house had extra things like baby gates, beach chairs & beach toys for the kids. The balconies were so nice to have on each level of the house. The house was so beautiful & airy! We will definitely come back!!!

Bachelorette weekend a success

My daughter’s bachelorette weekend was a huge success due in part to your lovely property. The house was perfect for the girls with ample space and lots of bathrooms! The location was convenient to the beach, shops, and restaurants via short strolls. The girls were impressed with the community as a whole. Thank you!!!

Great but with some inconviences

This was our first time to 30A so we didn't know much about the property or location when we booked. The house was great, however, not perfect. The house was in need of minor repair(s) when we arrived and most of these things were addressed by management during our stay. The home management only provides two small towels per bathroom, leading us to have to be doing constant laundry during our week stay (with children)-mostly annoying. They also don't provide sufficient TP or paper towels. Anyone staying in this house needs to be aware that there is absolutely no privacy provided in any of the bedrooms from any of the window treatments. You can see directly into all the bedrooms from street level and also from the balconies of the condos across the street. This was very uncomfortable at night while trying to get ready for bed, knowing the people outside could see right in (especially on the 3rd floor) - we could see them eating dinner while laying in bed so I knew they could see us. The location is great as it's easily walkable to the beach/pool/shops. The neighborhood is cute and the pool was a nice alternative to the beach. Overall, we had a nice stay.

loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay here!! we had two families stay in this home. 4 adults and 7 kiddos and it worked perfect for our families. Pictures were just as the house was.. it was beautiful and well kept. felt like the location in this community was great. 2 minute bike ride to Rosemary Beach and 2 minute bike ride to Alys beach . shuttle took you right to beach with a stop right in front of the house. Super easy walk to the pool and peddler circle area. super convenient. We loved the house and our stay, we would stay here again.

Great spot near Rosemary

We loved our NYE stay at this property. It's very up to date and spacious, with plenty of room for lounging and relaxing. A short 5-6 minute walk to the beach was great, and the pool in the complex is incredible. The property is nicely maintained and in good shape. The bathrooms are fabulous. They also actually had 4 bikes instead of 2, so that's awesome. A few negatives though - there was a TV missing from the upper deck, which was very disappointing as it was a feature I was looking forward to on our particular trip (football playoffs), and there are no blankets besides your bed linens. We've stayed at other properties that have those, and they're nice to have around. We ended up pulling linens off an unused bed. In the master on the main level, there's a VERY bright light that comes in directly through the bamboo shades at night and hits the master bed, so some curtains over those would be welcome. Also, a 4pm check-in is really late. The majority of the day is gone by then but you still pay for it. The reservation system said due to COVID, but that seems like a bygone excuse now. 1PM should be standard. The owners/managers do provide a text number, but I think they use some sort of relay system because the responses were pretty slow. Never heard back about the TV. Communication should be VERY quick these days with concerns. They did allow us to enter just under an hour earlier, and did ask if we wanted to fix a fan remote that wasn't working. Just wish the communication was quicker. The area around the home was a little messy (not the owners fault - there's just construction taking place nearby) but it's 'off season' so I guess pristine isnt to be expected. Overall, we loved our stay and would bring a few other friends back to the area.

Amazing home & location

The house was very clean and nicely decorated - perfect for families with small children as they provided a high chair, pack n’ play, and baby gates! House is right next to amazing restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Very nice community pools as well!

Lovely Beach Home

This was a great vacation rental for me, my family, and friends. We truly enjoyed our week and the house was set up well for the families that stayed there. It was a short walk to the beach, poo, or restaurants. Everything in the home worked properly. The property management company was responsive and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would rent this place again in the future.

Not good- It's seen better days

Very disappointed. I rented this house because outdoor space is important to us on vacation. The 3rd floor deck looks amazing in the listing. The reality is VERY different. No TV (I was told it broke), the couch was missing just about every cushion and what was left may have at one time been a cushion but I'm not positive. Even one of the lounge chairs was gone. Last day I went to grill and shocker it didn't work. Even the fan on the deck stopped working. The house furniture is just dated at this point. Couch pillows are stained or flattened. Master bedroom mattress on the first floor is awful. Someone will read this and say that's subjective but beware. Then lets talk bugs. There were a ton of what I'll call flying ants all over (dead and alive) and here in the south we have Palmetto Bugs or the American Cockroach. While it was pretty comical to me that one fell on my wife's head in the middle of the night it wasn't too funny for her nor was it for my son when one dropped onto his bed while he was sitting there and nor was it to my daughters when I had to chase another down off the bunk bed. We didn't keep doors open and if they do have a pest management company they aren't very good. I live in the south so I know what it is like when you treat for bugs and when you don't treat. Then just little things show a lack of upkeep. A door knob literally fell off the door to bathroom, none of the doors lock on the bathroom off kitchen next to bunkroom, freezer door handle is broke, the doors to outside barely close (and since there is a threat to not leave them open on the house rules you need to triple check that they are clicked shut), weeds all over the entry area, even the dishwasher isn't bolted in place..open it up and it will tilt forward (that's 5 minutes and two screws to fix). Just complete lack of upkeep. I've stayed on 30A in 7 different homes now and this is ranked 7th by a long shot. The location was great and honestly the management folks responded to a text I sent them quickly so not sure who is to blame. It's a shame because the layout is great and the location is great but you would do better spending this type of money on other locations. I took some pictures to show the deck situation and bugs but VRBO doesn't let you post photos. I hoped I could so my comments could be backed up. I get its a rental and rentals get beat up over time but if you want to charge this type of money you need to step it up.

Great property, very clean. Awesome location. If I had any suggestions to make, the bedroom windows could use privacy blinds. We noticed neighbors could see you in your bedroom when the lights are on. Also, sun comes in very early.
