The Toes in the Water Experience

Things to Note:
-There is a $150 per day resort fee +$95.00 one time processing fee. This additional charge will be added to your reservation after confirmation.
-Guests are required to register with the resort. Registration forms will be sent after reservation confirmation.
-This unit is not pet friendly.
-Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
-Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the unit or surrounding areas and will result in a $500 penalty.
-We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items.
-Before arrival, you'll receive a digital Welcome Guide with access details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.
-Animals are not allowed on the premises.
-Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own for beach use.
