Täm�� kahden makuuhuoneen Panama City Beach loma-asunnot on täydellinen perheelle! Tämä yksikkö on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on runsaasti luonnonvaloa ja runsaasti tilaa 6 hengelle. Makuuhuoneessa on suuri king size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja pääsy toiseen täysihoitohuoneeseen. Viihtyisä sohva oleskelutilassa kaksinkertaistuu queen size -viivana, joka sijaitsee suuren taulu-tv: n edessä katselun nautintoa varten.

Mukana tässä kauniissa rakennuksessa on upea uima-allas leikkipaikka kaiken ikäisille lapsille. Se on itsenäinen ekspansiivinen vesipuisto, jossa on "Lazy River", joka ympäröi rannan vieressä sekä useita leikkialtaita, joissa on liukumäkiä, putkia ja tunneleita. Lapset rakastavat leluja, jotka sisältävät vesitykkejä, Little Totin Splash Pad -tyyppistä pientä geysiriä, jättiläisherkkiä vesiputousta ja valtavaa kauhoa, joka kaatuu satoja gallonaa vettä alas uimareille. Air didn’t work someone came said it needs major problems it was 79 degrees in there heat of July wasn’t very pleasant after that I messaged them asking for discount or extra day and got no response

We love it!

Will book again! The room was perfect, amenities at Splash were much better than even expected. Perfect place for families. Bonus it’s 1 floor up from the lobby area making it easier to take the stairs instead of waiting for an elevator!

Weekend with the Grands!

I booked first floor based on the reviews about the slow elevators. Glad I did! We just took the stairs. The pools, hot tub and lazy river were all great. The slides with the bucket area was very powerful and loud. My grandchildren didn't like it at all! The condo was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was supplied above my expectations. We enjoyed our stay. I will probably go again!

Our stay

We had requested to check in early but our code didn’t work so we had to call and got in one hr early. The sofa and chair were very wet from being cleaned, needed lightbulbs, and batteries in remote. Fan in master only runs on low speed, less than 1 roll of tissue in each bathroom, neither hairdryer worked. No beach chairs included in price as stated in the listing that I saw. The condo was very clean and the maintenance man showed up with blankets to cover the sofa, light bulbs but could not get either hair dryer working. Had to pay $35 for parking pass which I feel should have been included with the rental along with beach chairs. Other condos had chairs included with their rentals. Elevators were very slow!

It was ok.

There was a lot of deferred maintenance. I’m normally not too picky but we have stayed at Splash Resort many times and this was by far the worst unit we have stayed. The couch was disgusting- stains everywhere. I put a sheet over the couch before I allowed my kids to sit on it. The shower liner had mildew all over it. Drain missing from the tub. Toilet paper holder was broken. Balcony door in master bedroom wouldn’t lock. Tv remote broken. I will not book this unit again. We were provided plenty of towels and starter toiletries which we appreciated.

Our couch was not usable as it smelled like puke and the cushions were sunken in. The trim separating the living room and kitchen was broken and coming up and my small children kept messing with it and tripping over it. There was metal in our garbage disposal and no one ever came to fix it so it was not usable either. Overall would not recommend Splash Resort in Panama City.

Great stay at PCB

We were able to check in very early which was very accommodating. When we first arrived, there was a piece of the flooring missing, where the kitchen and living room connect, but Jake in maintenance came and took a picture right away so we didn’t have to worry about it the rest of the week. The lazy river and waterpark part of the water area are ice cold and not heated. There is one hot tub that was always full of people. We spent the majority of our time on the beach and in one of the heated pools. Overall it was a really great place to end the days and located near the pier with lots of restaurants and shopping. The bedding and pillows are the best beds we ever slept in and very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and is exactly as described.

Everything We Needed

Beautiful and very spacious. Had all the amenities needed and everything was as listed. Absolutely amazing oceanfront view with very large balcony. Surfaces were a little dusty/gritty but I cleaned them with furniture wipes and they were fine. I highly recommend this stay and would return.

Fabulous!

This is the best condo we’ve stayed at, and we’ve been vacationing in PCB for over a decade. Great pools, hot jacuzzi, lots for the family to do. The room was great, had everything we need and very easy checkin and check out process. Will definitely be looking here first from now on.

Beautiful and very clean place, just a couple issues, but not a huge deal

We loved everything about it! The only down side was the dryer did not dry very well even though we would continuously clean the lint catch mid-cycle, and the left sink drain pipe in the master bath was leaking onto the floor a little bit when we used it. Other than that, it was very well-cleaned and spacious! Great location and view too!

Good stay but not worth the money

I paid quite a bit for our week stay and I hate to say, I’ve stayed in nicer condos for less money in other locations in PCB. The living room furniture was stained and outdated. The mattress in the guest room and pullout couch had what appeared to be blood stains! It only had one pan to cook with and no baking pan to fix cookies on. We only had one dish towel and no drying rack for washed dishes. There were empty salt and pepper shakers. I had to ask for a dust pan to be able to swept up crumbs and sand(it was delivered to our door promptly) The patio furniture is very rusted and one chair is leaning so bad we were afraid to sit in it. The beds are comfortable! The large tub in the master was fabulous! The location was great! The overall Splash was amazing considering I had a 16 month old. Other than the things mentioned above we had an amazing experience. I’ll definitely stay at Splash again, just not in this particular condo! It’s too pricey for what we got!

Great Vacation - Responsive Management Company

We had a great time. There were a couple of minor issues, but Ocean Reef handled them quickly and efficiently. The condo could definitely use some new furniture and updates. Fortunately, the weather and water were gorgeous, so we spent very little time inside and actually extended our stay a couple of nights.
