Our newly redecorated condo is the perfect location high enough to enjoy privacy and avoid excess noise, while having the perfect unbelievable sunset views! Dolphins are frequently seen playing off the coast and can be seen!

This beautifully furnished condo on the 20TH floor features two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a bonus bunk room, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups.

Inside, you`ll find stylish coastal decor, beautiful tile flooring throughout, and a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and upgraded lighting. The open layout and thoughtful design make for a relaxing and inviting space where you can unwind after a day at the beach.

Guest Access:
Tidewater Beach is home to a 5,000 square foot conference center and an on-site movie theater. A covered walkway connects the parking deck 2nd floor directly to the building and elevator access. Please note elevator access can be busy depending on time of day and with being a popular travel destination which we have no control over. Enjoy the Waves restaurant on the 1st floor with an ocean view, or grab a Starbucks coffee at the convenience store

Tidewater Resort has amenities for both sunny and rainy days! Swim in one of the two lagoon pools overlooking the ocean or simply relax by the beach. If the weather is cool or rainy, enjoy a swim in the indoor, heated pool, or enjoy the steam room, sauna or Roman spa. Gaze at the gulf waves as you work out in the ocean-front fitness room complete with weights, treadmills, and exercise bikes.

Registration at this beach resort is about $48 + tax + credit card fee for entire stay, this pays for parking for two cars,up to 8 access wristbands for all resort amenities and luggage carts.
**Wristbands are required for all occupants overage 12.
**Registration prices increase when completed on the day of or day before. Prices are subject to change and are allocated by the resort.

Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
