Relax in this spacious Gulf-front condo featuring a wraparound balcony with access from the living room and both bedrooms. Enjoy stunning beach views, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping arrangements: King in the master, Queen in the second, and twin-over-full bunk in the third. The master bath offers a garden tub and shower; the second bath features a newly tiled walk-in shower. TVs, DVD players, linens, and essentials are included—just bring beach towels and sunscreen. Guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Spectacular Gulf of America

Spectacular views!!!!!!!! The wrap around balcony is what made this unit abosulely spectacular!!!!!!!! My wife's and my favorite part of the beach is sunset and we had some that were simply stunning. Overall, the unit was clean with adequate kitchen stock. Could have used more TP in the bathrooms.

Nice unit but parking is an issue

Loved the cindo and location BUT we had 2 families together so we had 2 vehicles. During peak season you are only allowed one so we had to pay 84 dollars to park 4 MILES away!!!! They dont tell you this untill after you book. The garage dont have enough spaces!!! The restaurant next door owens all the property around and wont let people park there!!

Great unit

My husband and I were there with our 3 adult children. The unit and property were great. The only challenge we had was the seating in the living room. There is a couch and 2 chairs with some stools. With 5 adults we are a little tight unless someone sits on the stools. Otherwise the stay was great.

Beautiful views

This condo is as advertised. We had no issues. It has beautiful views and plenty of space. More seating would be nice It sleeps 8, but the living room seating is for 5 max. Benches and hard back dining chairs don't really count as relaxation spaces. Also, I wouldn't mind if the building association would stop with the music playing everywhere all the time. The ocean makes its own beautiful music. That's what I came to hear. I did text the number provided once for restaurant recommendations and was never answered. They had texted me to be sure we had gotten there ok, so I know the number works. Overall, a very nice space and a good area.

All I can say is WOW

This place is a bit on the pricey side but still worth it. It sleeps 9 but we only had 5, The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, the bathrooms were clean and huge, the common area was also large and user friendly. The view was perfect! During our stay the weather didn't quite cooperate but that's not the company's fault...lol. The management team actually contacted us during our stay to see if everything was good. When we needed something or had a question, they were quick to respond. Loved this place and will definitely be back.

The Location and View of this Condo is incredible! From almost every angle of the place there is ocean and a view to enjoy! We love the decor and the space in this unit! Location is perfect for us, and our beach loving life! Will definitely stay here again!

Upgrade of Property Needed

The unit was very clean and comfortable however, several items needed to be upgraded to currency. Items such as the coffee maker should be K-Cup type and patio furniture(table) is older . This will bring the unit into what is being used most places today in modern vacation units. The TV's work but for us older people this one is a bit tricky, youngsters handle it easier. Good job all in all!!

Needs upgrading

Was easy getting into the property and parking was easy. However, when we entered the condo, there were crackers on the floor near the porch and almost all of the patio chairs were either bent or broken I was disappointed with that. The kitchen was well stocked and was not lacking for anything. Master bathroom very clean but secondary bathroom needs shower curtain replaced. Master bed definitely needs new mattress and pillows. Never could get the Master BR tv to turn on, but could have been something I wasn't doing right. The view was awesome and sunsets were beautiful. Hate to be so critical, but living room furniture wasn't that comfortable to sit in. I give it 3 stars overall because it really needs upgrading.

We do enjoy staying at Seychelles, we have stayed there many times in different rooms. We love that it is next door to Schooners and we can walk over and eat.
