Runsas sisustus on hiljattain päivitetty kauniilla keraamisilla puulattioilla, uusilla design-kalusteilla ja tyylikkäillä korostuksilla. Kuohuviin lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat täydentävät tätä rento eleganssia. Täysin kalustetussa keittiössä on kaikki tarvittavat astiat, aikuisille ja lapsille tarkoitetut ruokalajit, jotka tarjoavat mieluummin ruokailua tai leipoa. The Condo and property was excellent. It was clean and was within walking distance of several businesses like a Walmart, gas station, Pinapple Willy's, McDonalds Waffle House etc. Also could walk to several attractions. There were just a few negatives which prevented me from giving it an excellent overall rating. The reserved parking spot was very close to the condo which was awesome however we were in a Mini Van and it was a tight fit because of a concrete post on one side and a parking spot very close on the other side that also had a concrete post. The only other negative was there is not enough elevators for the amount of condos. This was only a problem during peek times of the day such as check in/out times. It would also be worse on higher floors. There was one time it started raining and we waited 30 minutes for an elevator. Most of the time it wasn't a problem. Overall we would stay at this condo again. The check in/out process was very easy and efficient and everyone at Book that Condo/Vrbo was very helpful. We had no issues with the instructions and everything was as promised. The host responded through the app promptly. If you are looking for a condo in PCB I would recommend this condo and this resort. This was our second stay at this resort and enjoy it and will return in the future!

Pros: The location was great. The beach access was wonderful. The coffee/donut/ice cream was great (little pricey) The pool was good as well. The condo was cute! Cons: The elevator situation is pretty bad. There is no AC and you may be stuck in there with 15 people. You are on the 11th floor, so when the elevator is going down… it’s already full by the time it gets to 11. No AC in the stairwell. The parking is brutal. You are next to a cement column. It’s extremely hard to get in and out of your vehicle even in a small car. We also timed it and sometimes it took up to 10 minutes just to get in or out of the parking lot. Extremely strong smell of marijuana at dark around the pool. Make sure you come out at 8 A.M. to grab a chair by the pool or you probably won’t find a chair. Overall, the condo stayed cool and it was great, but we won’t stay again due to parking/elevator. Maybe on the first couple of floors we would stay again.

Perfect place for our wedding & stay

Absolutely loved our stay at "Shores of Panama". It was perfect! The view is breathtaking, and we took some amazing pictures from the patio. The condo was very clean and accommodating for us all. We appreciated the "buy one get one free" admissions to the attractions we were given for staying there. Having beach chairs in the closet to take down was great. Loved the pool and wonderful beach access! I was worried when I had read some bad reviews regarding the elevators and the wait times. We never experienced an issue, so apparently early September is a great time to stay! Loved being so close to everything and being "in the middle" of a lot of great things. We got married down on the beach at Shores of Panama and we will always remember this incredible stay!

We didn’t get to check in till 6 pm “because cleaning wasn’t finished”, but we were still charged a whole nights rent. When we arrived, the floors were so dirty, our feet were black from just a walk through the condo upon entry. The ice maker never worked We had stuff stolen, security didn’t help- another 3 guests had things also stolen We checked every day at security, but no one but the supervisor even knew what we were talking about, so no one was looking for our things. Elevators were horrible Parking was awful We have stayed at the shores of Panama before and not had this much trouble. The photos on the site are misleading, you think a bedroom is next to look at ocean, but they both look out to buildings and noisy people We contacted the manager with no help. They said we should have told them all this with in 3 hours. That’s just crazy no one realizes what all is wrong in 3 hours

The room was nice and the hotel was family friendly. The only complaints I have is the parking garage was a pain to get in and out of, and there aren't enough elevators. Parking on the 11th story, it took 10-15 minutes to get in or out of the garage. As far as the elevators go, People would climb the stairs a story or 2 and try and bypass the lime at the bottom, causing the people waiting in line at the bottom to have to wait longer and being on the 11th story the, a middle floor, the elevators were often full when they stopped. The view was great, the room was clean, the hotel was family friendly with nice pool, hot tub, and tiki bar, and the price was good compared with other places for the couple of inconveniences

Beautiful view

This property was very neglected.l deep cleaned this condo and repaired many things. When I left it was beautiful! Added things it needed and hope it was appreciated..Didn't need to have any cleaning after we left 😊so next people to rent this condo will love it!!! Had the worst filter inch thick and blood on sheets and many many more issues. After I was done we had great trip😊

We had the best trip the Condo at Shores of Panama was our favorite one ever. Bookthatcondo made everything easy on us including staying an extra night! We will only use them for booking from now on.

Unit 1119

The condo was nice. However, bedding was not great. The pull out couch mattress was so discolored and stained and could feel springs poking through. The rest of the beds were super hard. Ended up having to buy mattress toppers for the beds and new pillows. Went back and looked at other reviews, apparently this complaint has been made several times but is not getting fixed. There was a rusted chair that was broke in half sitting on the balcony when we arrived. The resort was great - the resort staff was usually very unpleasant though.

The faucet was hardly holding on. But we submitted an order and they will take care of it for after checkout. The mattress in the sofa bed needs to be charged. Stains are everywhere on it. The unit had several baby roaches in it. The patio furniture is all rusted and needs to be changed before someone gets hurt. Other than these issues everything else was fine.

Great Condo!

This was a fantastic condo to rent for a beach week! There are a few things that were not so great, but if we had known about them before hand then it would t have been so stressful. 1. The parking garage is awful. It took a good solid 15 minutes to get through it - the turns are very tight and very busy. The parking spot is on the 11th floor and close to the door. Once you find it- your stress levels should go down! The other issue we had was with the elevators- they take some time to catch one. Other than that - everything was wonderful!

Great place for family fun!

Had a great time here. Place was everything promised to be. It was clean with comfortable beds. Great view of the ocean and pool area. Walmart a block away for grocery shopping and other necessities. Lots of great places to eat very close. This was our second trip to Panama City Beach and I’m sure we will return.

Fabulous Beachfront Condo

Loved the condo! It was just as described, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. 2 bedrooms, a bunk room and 3 bathrooms. We had a fire alarm at 2am (false alarm) but now we know the alarm system works (haha)! The pool and beach were beautiful! Beach staff were fantastic! Drinks at the pool bar were great! But remember, 'no coolers at the pool, no drinks by the pool and no balls in the pool'.

Was a nice stay and nice place. The furniture is in need of a little maintenance and there were crumbs in the king bed. Other than that had a great time.

Not too family friendly

We decided on this resort for our family summer vacation. My communication with the property manager went very well up until checkin-after that my messages to them on Vrbo went unanswered. I did not call an after hours line, and I’m sure they will respond to this review saying how i did not call and they would have loved to address my concerns during my stay. My concerns are similar to other reviews posted and but they still have not been addressed. The unit itself is out-dated. Holes in the walls, stained paint, crooked or broken blinds/curtain rods and pictures. The refrigerator was not wiped down upon our arrival and the pullout sofa was not usable, we had to buy an inflatable mattress. Elevators were busy, over-crowded and frequently out of service. The beach had quite a bit of trash on it: used cigarettes, diapers, bottle caps and broken plastic. And forget about sitting on the deck in the evening to enjoy a sunset. Too many people yelling from their balconies and shining spotlights into other units. If you are looking for a family friendly location-do not go to shores of Panama!

Wonderful atmosphere, 6 teenagers with us and they all loved it. Close to restaurants for dinner and game parks for additional activities.

Nothing luxury about this condo.

We stayed in Unit 1119. The mattresses on all beds need to be changed. You can feel the springs on the bunk beds. The sofa sleeper was a joke. We couldn't even use it. The bathrooms are so outdated. For the price we paid I expected much better especially since the condos are listed as luxury condos. The parking garage is a nightmare. Yes, we did have an assigned parking space on the 11th floor, but if someone parks slightly over the lines there is no way for your vehicle to fit in your spot. Two vehicles cannot pass at the same time. As for the elevators, you have to get on an elevator that is going up and ride all the way up in order to go down. The elevators are always full. Needless to say, we will not be returning to the Shores of Panama.
