Kimaltelevat lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat lisäävät rannikon sisustusta ja tyylikkäitä suunnittelijakalusteita. Gourmet-keittiö sisältää päivitetyt kodinkoneet, keittiövälineet ja ruokailuvälineet. Nauti aterioita tyylikkäässä ruokapöydässä tai aamiaisbaarissa. Pro. On the beach, 3 bathrooms.Cons. HORRIBLE parking,(tight spaces)The parking situation was so bad, that we decided it wasn’t worth dealing with the parking so we had food delivered and then walked to a local restaurant.Thankfully, we only stayed 2 nights.The condo has a bug problem.The only bed that was half decent was in the master bedroom.Had to pay an additional 97.00 resort fee for parking pass and wrist bands. That didn’t even include beach chairs.

The property was full of roaches , this was logged with the maintenance person. Also elevatoe service was wasily 30 to 45 minutes everytime you needed one. The propertt overall was not well maintained, lights out everywhere, dirty.

Parking is awful.

Parking is absolutely awful. If check-in time is 4-6 then the condo should be ready by 4pm. Reserved parking should be done away with. Elevator usage was terrible. Need more elevators. Condo is really nice. Pool was nice along with beach access.

Good but bad at times

It was overall a nice property there were a few downfalls. Anytime we would step out on the balcony and all we could smell is weed which was not fun. There were also instances of roaches in the unit.

The good. Location right on the beach was great with ocean view. Large pool with tiki bar was nice. The not-so-good. Killed 4 cockroaches in kitchen and living room area. Killed 3 in master bathroom. Kitchen had plenty of silverware/plates/dishes, but would have been nice if more cooking items were available. Also only 1 trash bag available so we had to use 30 grocery sacks for the garbage. Master bedroom had major dust build up on ceiling fan. Lots of dust under bed and nightstands. Only clean floor where you can actually walk and see. As someone else mentioned, should revise to say 6 adults and 2 children for capacity as bunk beds hold only 120 lb each. Parking ramp is a nightmare to navigate. Worst parking ramp I've ever been in. Not much room for 2-way traffic around the turns as there were log jams and people constantly backing up to allow the oncoming car to fit by. Accident waiting to happen. Tight parking spots too. If you hate door dings, I wouldn't park in the ramp. Elevators slow and crowded. We took the stairs most of the time, even to haul all of our luggage up 14 floors. Ugh. Only 7 pillows for 8 beds, and the pillows were so flat you want to double up but not enough pillows for that. I would not recommend this condo. We won't stay in this condo or building again for the reasons listed above and the fact that it was just too big with too many people, and busy/loud traffic on street, and heavy smell of weed every time we stepped out on balcony.

Cozy and Clean

We really enjoyed this condo. It had a perfect view of the beach and the pool. Very relaxing. Everything was clean and tidy. We had 5 guests and we had 12 towels put wash clothes and smaller hand towels for the unit, I felt that was plenty. All appliances worked well. My kids are 12 and the opted to sleep on the pull-out couch in the living room, the bunk beds were a little tight for them to be comfortable. It's a perfect space for smaller kids though. We did not find linens for the pull-out couch, so they put the top sheet from the bunk beds down on the mattress. We really enjoyed that each room had their own bathroom. The plumbing was not that great, and one bathroom had terrible water pressure while the other two had great. I don't know if that is a unit issue or resort plumbing issue. We never utilized the reserved parking spot on the 7th floor, it was against the wall and too narrow for our comfort. We parked on the 12th floor that way if the elevators were busy, we could just take two flights of stairs. There are ALOT of negative reviews on this resort as a whole, but we didn't have excessive wait times for the elevators. the unit itself was very nice. It's a very busy resort, but they all are in prime vacation time. The only thing I feel its missing is an air fryer to reheat leftovers in the kitchen. It could also use some updated pots and pans. We also had to play musical remotes to find the correct ones for each TV. We would definetly stay in this unit again!

Would not recommend.

To start the staff at Shores of Panama are rude and cannot answer any questions about any condo or amenities if not booked through them directly. Even simple things as pool hours, office hours, anything you might need to know they won’t answer and they’ll ask you to just leave their desk/office. Onto the room itself, we had horrible roach problems in the kitchen and master bath. Cabinets, pantry, shower, sink, and dishwasher, it was awful. The room is set for 8 person capacity. This is also not true. The bunk beds have a limit of only 120lbs. Not fit for average size teen/adults. It should be updated to 6 adults 2 children. There is also not enough linens to use the pull out couch. No extra pillows or anything. Lastly all the showers are not clean. The shower heads are super gross and hot water is almost non existent throughout all 3 bathrooms. Overall would not recommend staying in this condo. Only up side to the trip was Book That Condo who this specific condo is through was very nice and returned calls in a timely manner. They couldn’t really fix any issue right then but hopefully they do before the next group of people stay there.

We loved the place, clean and spacious, specially loved that all the bedrooms have bathrooms. It’s close to everything, very nice beach and pool. There’s always securities in the facility.The elevator was slow but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall the place is conveniently located for beach, fun, restaurants, and stores.

Overall great trip but had some cons

We enjoyed the condo. The condo was very spacious. The outside balcony had an amazing view but was very dirty. When we first got to the condo it had a very strong odor that wasn’t pleasant but went away over time. The beds in the master and guest room might need replacing soon. The guest room mattress sunk in on one side and was very uncomfortable to sleep on the king bed had some of the same issues. We spent everyday on the beach the elevators had long wait times, which was expected from previous reviews. The pool area was clean and very nice. Our main problem during our stay was that the condo contracted its beach space out to a business that sold beach chairs and we were told we couldn’t put our tent up even if we were there first. We had to walk past the condo just to use our tent.

Great location with direct access to the beach!

We stayed at this property for my bach and it was amazing! You have direct access to the beach and this hotel has a huge pool area with a bar and mini restaurant. My bridal party and I really enjoyed our say there!

Photos of unit are deceiving. Its a tad run down compared to what pictures reviel. Rusted patio furniture. Cosmetic updates on paint needed for door frames and doors. Some walls need painted. It was not clean!! Every bed was full of sand on our first night to pull back the sheets!! Gross!!!! Shower curtain hooks kept breaking off from rust or just old. Remotes barely worked! Tape on back of them. Wireless is a joke! We could not do anything for work, college class or kids tablets!!!!!! The pull out sofa matress is nasty! Needs replaced! Looks like huge dried blood stains ..... nasty!!! Washing machine is so loud!!! The balcony door does not lock and very dangerous for safety with young children!!!!!!!!

Looks are deceiving…

Panama Shores is very nice and inviting on the outside! Our room was dirty and very outdated. The ceiling fans were dirty, the base boards were dirty, the couch was DISGUSTING! It had stains all over it!The area rug was full of dirty and looked so dingy. The balcony was gross. It needs to be cleaned, pressure washed, painted or something! I get it’s the beach, but all the furniture was rusted. The touch up paint was so obvious. You could tell exactly what was touched up. The white bed spread has stains on it. The pictures advertised looked inviting, but these are the things hidden in the pictures! I would think for the price you are paying they could decorate and make this condo cute and have more effort for it to be clean! It has potential! The elevators are nightmare!! Be prepared to wait 10-30 minutes to get on! Then prepare yourself for people to get on and cause a heavy load and it goes straight to the bottom. The parking garbage is a complete nightmare! It’s so narrow you can barely get by people and don’t go out at dinner time between the elevators and the parking garage… you are going to be late! Also prepare yourself for a very loud night! Book that condo staff, when I called for questions about my room before the stay were great!!! Very friendly and nice! I would not stay here again and good luck to you if you do!

More information needed

My family drove many hours to stay at “The Shores of Panama”. Arriving at resort was VERY congested. I give the garage parking 3/10. Elevators 0/10 (0 being worst ever-10 best). Elevators were terrible. They need more as well as updated elevators. The resort is too big to only have 3 sets of elevators that stay broke down most of the time. The condo itself was good, however, needs updating and deep cleaning. My family will not be staying at “The Shores of Panama” again.
