  • Vain muutaman askeleen päässä kaunista PCB-hiekkaa tästä erinomaisesta sijainnista huippukokouksen 5. kerroksessa!

    Tämä osakehuoneisto sijaitsee kauniilla Meksikonlahden rannoilla Panama City Beachissä Floridassa. Se on Thomas Drive -huippukokouksessa. Löydät itsesi kävelyetäisyydellä ravintoloista, huvipuistoista, golfkentistä ja paljon muuta. Grillit tarjotaan paikan päällä, jos nautit ruoanlaitosta. Uima-allasalueella on myös TIKI-baari, joka on lähellä rantaa, joten voit saada viileän juoman milloin tahansa jättämättä kiinteistöä. Paikan päällä on baari ja grilli, jota kutsutaan Bikini Bobs -ravintolaksi

    Huippukokouksessa on kaksi suurta uima-allasta vieraille sekä sisä- että ulkokylpytynnyreille! Harjoitustila sijaitsee myös pohjakerroksessa lähellä aulaa vieraille!


    Makuuhuoneessa tässä kauniissa yksikössä on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta ja suuri taulutelevisio. Siinä on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä.

    Käytävällä on 2 erillistä kerrossänkyä.

    Toisessa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku.

    Oceanfront-olohuoneessa on QUEEN-kokoinen vuodesohva, suuri taulutelevisio ja pääsy merenranta-parvekkeelle.

    Keittiö on täysin varusteltu kaikkeen, mitä tarvitaan suurta ateriaa varten!

    Oma parveke on täydellinen korkeus henkeäsalpaaville näkymille Persianlahdelle!

The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything needed. But the beds and furniture were completely worn out. I don’t think I have ever slept in a bed that bad or sat in a chair or couch that bad. The only half way comfortable place was the two chairs on the balcony. Lordy, those beds and the living room furniture are tired and need to be replaced!

Wonderful week!

We will absolutely consider staying in this room again! The location was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, fully stocked and had a beautiful view of the Gulf. Check-In was easy and we appreciated the ample ground level parking. We really enjoyed having a set of beach chairs and umbrella every day and our kids really liked the pool deck.

Great amenities!

Awesome pool, tiki bar, and included chairs on the beach made for a great week! The condo was clean and the bathrooms were nicely renovated.

Fall break

The 4 of us stayed for the week of fall break! Condo has a good supply for kitchen utensils to cook with. Washer & dryer is a huge plus for us! Good view from the balcony! Good water pressure for showering!

It was a good value for a great view. Condo was nice and clean. The only complaint was the floor boards were quite dirty. The pools were great in the hot tub was relaxing. Only one was available as they were under construction. Apparently they were replacing the banisters on the balconies, which gave to a lot of noise. Also, they’re building a Tooties next-door, which was under construction again, a lot of noise during the day. Other than that, it’s a great place and I would return.

Safe peaceful getaway

The property was beautiful, easy assessable to the beach the only flaw that I did not like is that the pool closed every night way to early @8pm. That was disappointing to my kids. They included beach, chairs and umbrellas was definitely a plus

It makes do

The cleanliness and the location of this property was great. The only thing that was it was hard to get in the shower with warm water. It was always cold 2-3 minutes into the shower. The main bedroom feels a little cramped but it worked for us considering we were barely even in the room unless it was to sleep. It was definitely worth the money, atleast for us.

Nice family rental

We had a fabulous time staying here this past week! My family loved it we made sure and took pictures of anything that was missing and reported it we didn’t have a lot of bed linens for the bunkbeds but we brought extra from home so no problems there. Also there wasn’t a hair dryer but Walmart is very close as well as dollar general. But all and all it was a great trip and we enjoyed every moment of it. The room was very pretty and the property had a bit of construction but I am sure they will have it all fixed in no time.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to the overall condition and cleanliness of the condo.The unit appeared to be in serious need of a deep cleaning and maintenance. The furniture is visibly dirty and not what is shown in pictures. The floors were so unclean that walking barefoot left the bottoms of our feet black. The walls, baseboards, ceilings, and flooring all showed visible dirt and neglect.The balcony was difficult to enjoy because of frequent marijuana smoke drifting from nearby units and loud music, including DJ-style music late into the evening. The balcony furniture was also extremely dirty; after cleaning it myself, the disinfecting wipes came away completely black.The beds were the most uncomfortable we've experienced, with noticeable lumps and springs that could be felt through the mattress. The Wi-Fi service was unreliable throughout our stay.Additional concerns included mold on the balcony curtains and in multiple areas of the condo, a lack of bedroom curtains (making it impossible to block out early morning sunlight), and even chewed gum attached to one of the headboards.Overall, the condo appears to need significant cleaning, updating, and attention to maintenance before anyone should consider staying here.

Had a great stay but was unable to get the beach chairs that were mentioned in the listing. Tried to reach out on vrbo and by calling property manager with no response. Was nice otherwise just wish this could have been resolved!

The property is significantly outdated compared to the photos. Furnishings are slightly different. Many items are rusted and/or dusty. We lost water for half a day. Contacted the host and was told that was “a facility issue.” There was no assistance or attempt at a resolution or making it right. As you can imagine, having running water at a beach vacation is a priority.

Or stay with the summit room 1111 was very disappointing upon arriving we noticed right off how dirty and old and outdated. The condo was. There were outlets that were pulled away from the wall. The master bedroom the bed was not attached to the wall and kept moving. There was mold all around the bottom of the shower and the commode sliding glass door had fingerprints and sunscreen I believe on it the microwave had not been cleaned the dining room table was black. I used Lysol wipes on it and it was filthy. The furniture was so dirty. I put a sheet on it before I sat on the couch. The furniture out on the balcony was filthy. Couldn’t tell you the last time it had been cleaned. I used a bunch of Lysol wipes on it to get it clean enough to sit out there and enjoy it. We went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies. I swept and mopped the floors and used Lysol wipes all over the counters. I would not recommend anyone staying here. We reached out to the property manager and all she could do is apologize and say i can send the cleaning crew well I had already cleaned. Why would I want that? There was no compensation they offered us a late checkout and that’s all ,they did. Send Maintenance to work on the outlets. Oh, and you couldn’t use the deadbolt for the door because it locked you in and you couldn’t get it open so if you’re thinking of going to the summit and staying in room 1111, please rethink that because you won’t be happy. disappointed vacationers.!

Will not stay here again

Disappointed in how dirty the unit was. It really needs a deep cleaning. Mold throughout the bathroom. Went to use a cup (We always was dishes prior to using them to ensure they are cleaned to our standards), when I pulled it out of the cabinet and took the lid off it was obvious it had not been washed. The beds were horrible. I even slept on a bunk bed one night trying to get a good night sleep. The complex was great. I highly recommend the on site restaurant Bikini Bob's for lunch.

The condo had a moldy and humid smell. The whole entire condo is old. The furniture is old, the walls are dirty. Water Faucets were rusty. When showering the water will spill outside the floor and make a water mess around the toilet. The shower head had a lot of water pressure. Elevators almost never worked. You had lines of people waiting a long time to get into the elevator. The Summit has a good location. But the whole place is just falling apart. Staff is not friendly or accommodating. I don’t recommend anyone to spent your money here at all. I wish I can get my money back this stay was one of my worst ones and I been coming to Panama City beach for 12 yrs.

Not very happy about all of this

We had to water 45 minutes -50 minutes if not longer to get in our just to get in and they even let us no it was even ready if we didn’t send somebody up we wouldn’t have knowing that it was even ready. They we got up to the room and the door didn’t even lock. Then they brought us an new couch but they left the old one in the living room till the Mantance guys came and got the old one so we had no room to move in the living rooms until then.I feel like we should get some money back on that. Thank you

Misleading & Disgusting

1st of all listing says we could have 2 vehicles on property when we checked in we were told that we could only have 1. Pictures of the condo VS. the condo in reality very disappointing… Huge hole in the wall as soon as you walk in the door ceiling looks like it’s had lots of leaks or something & not repaired properly… Condo listing stated 2 bathrooms, there was 1 shower with a toilet, a sliding door with another toilet & sink… Roaches in the cabinets…. Entire listing of this condo was removed the day we checked in for some reason???

Overall Pleased

The condo was nice but we did have a few issues. The floors were sandy when we arrived. There are no rugs and your feet are constantly dirty. A rug at the balcony door and a runner for the front hall would be a great way to help control the sand. The beds are terrible. No other way to put it. Hard as a brick. The bunk mattresses are so thin that its painful to climb out over the frame to get out. Highly recommend updating all 3 mattresses. Other than that, it was great. Perfect location and lots of nearby places in walking distance. Beautiful view. No issues with waits on the elevators. The tiki bar, convenience store, and grill on property was nice!

Unkept & Uncomfortable

Check-in : no problem.Get to the room. The code provided on check-in papers do not work. The code provided in VRBO email did work. Then we could figure out how to lock the door upon our exiting to secure our belongings inside. There were no instructions on how to do so. Called host # and text number given as well. We finally figured the lock out. The host did reach out the next morning to see if we figured it out.The furniture all needs replaced. The couch & chairs have a greasy feel to them and look dirty.The mattresses are all terrible. Squeaky and worn out.The single bedroom is too cramped with the 2 beds, almost no room to walk.Half of the lights didn’t work. No lamps were plugged in, much less finding a plug to try to plug them into was an adventure on its own. Most of the light switches/ plug outlets are not even attached to the wall. I was worried I might get electrocuted plugging anything in.
