Summit #225- Summit-Side Getaway

Balcony construction work is taking place on property from October through December. Noise is expected and balcony access will not be available during this time.

This relaxing 1BR 1.5 BA beachfront retreat at The Summit in Panama City Beach offers you a splendid getaway space for the family. The master bedroom of unit 225 features a king bed with access to the Jack & Jill bathroom with private toilet room. The unit also features 2 hallway bunk beds with easy access to the other side of the Jack & Jill bath. The sleeper sofa adds additional space for 2 more. Enjoy magnificent views from the private balcony along with some of the best amenities you can find in PCB, including a heated pool, tiki bar, and on-property convenience store!

The Summit is located on the east end of Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon section of Panama City Beach. Great Restaurants like Patches, Schooner's, Dat Cajun Place, The Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, Andy's Flour Power and J Michael's make dining out super easy while on vacation in the area.

St. Andrews State Park is 5 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 10 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
