This one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath unit accommodates up to five guests and features breathtaking views of the shoreline from your private balcony. Beach visit

Nice place, had everything we needed. Need to fix the plumbing fixtures in the shower. Difficulty setting up the TV. Everything pretty nice, just basic.

Overall the stay was good. The sheets did not fit the bed. We fought them every night. And there is some noise coming from the pipes that kept us up at night. Had to run the bathroom fan to cover up the noise.

This condo needs someone to walk through it with fresh eyes.Within the first few hours we were finding issue after issue—an almost impossible-to-turn shower faucet, mold, rust, peeling paint, missing outlet covers, sheets that didn’t fit the bed, worn bedding, heavily scratched nonstick pans we didn’t feel comfortable using, and several other maintenance and quality issues. None of these things alone ruined our vacation, but together they made the condo feel neglected instead of cared for.The icing on the cake? The coffee maker quit working on our last morning. We were also surprised by required property fees that weren’t disclosed in the listing but had to be paid before checking in.The Summit itself has a much more lively, party-oriented atmosphere than other PCB properties we’ve stayed at. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but if you’re looking for a quieter, family-focused vacation, it’s something to consider.Panama City Beach was the true star of our vacation—not this condo. We still had a wonderful trip because the beach is beautiful, but for what we paid, I expected a well-maintained condo. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again unless the maintenance and quality issues were addressed.

Place was dirty

Bathroom dirty, my wife cleaned it herself Towels were dirty had to contact to get clean towels Floors filty. Bottom of socks were black after first day. Wore shoes the balance of week. Shower had very slow drain Blakets provided were dirty. Found sand in master bedroom bed. Washed sheets on our own. When we went to our friends rooms, this room was noncomparison. They were clean. I personally would remove this listing. Inwosh i could get my money back. We had no other choice to stay there.

Nice Experience with Small Issues

The advertisement did not say it was in a high rise condo building. It took 30 minutes moving in and out of the building waiting for elevators. Could not catch an elevator all week because they were so busy. Also, the TV’s in the unit did not work at all.
