For shopaholics, a trip to the outdoor mall at Pier Park is a must. From over 120 stores including name-brand retailers, to an IMAX theater and laser tag, there’s something for the entire family to enjoy. When it’s time to feed your appetite there are dozens of dining options to choose from, including seafood staples with oceanfront views like Runaway Island or Pineapple Willy’s.
The home’s cool interior is a relief from the heat, with soothing neutral tones in the décor and furnishings promoting peace and relaxation. Kick up your feet on the plush living room sofa or in the recliner, streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. Steps away, the dining room table seats 4 for formal meals or plays host to a spontaneous night of card games. The fully equipped kitchen showcases full sized appliances and ample counterspace and cabinetry for meal preparation and storage. This home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably between 1 private bedroom, a private alcove, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.
The alcove is just off the entryway and includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed as well as a smart TV.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• This home is equipped with a Ring camera on the front door facing the entry for security purposes.

• Garage parking available for 2 vehicles.
• A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started!
• All Sunrise Beach Resort guests must be pre-registered to receive a Parking Permit. The registration fee is $50.00 per vehicle and is required by the Condominium Resort and its COA. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). Limit of 2 parking passes per reservation. The registration link will be sent prior to guest arrival.
